Chan made it relaxing and our conversation about my service remained private. She is fantastic. She assigned me to Shay, who was simply magnificent! She was professional and personable. She distracted me with thoughtful conversationq (so I would not feel pain), but was also gentle in the process. The only word to describe Shay is Awesome! I don't use these terms lightly.
