At the Athens email address at the bottom of their confirmation email. I had to push back my apt and sent it in before opening that I would still arrive same day but needed a later time. When I arrived they had me as a no show so I needed to wait for next available but that wasn't in issue. I realized I never finished my review, it was sitting in drafts. I went to this location for 3 years between 2015-2018. I loved Becca and Julie. Becca left, the front desk changed. And the service went down hill. I had some weird moments that I can only attribute to race given we were all women. It was odd. In 2018 I said forget it and switched to Rio and when in Atlanta I went to the WBA midtown location to see Taylor (the best!). Taylor has since left and opened her own spot. So yeah. read more

I went for the first time every for a Brazilian, it took me so long to finally muster up the courage because I was worried about my pain tolerance but thought that I should finally give it a try. I requested Julie (Juliana) and that was the BEST decision I made! Juliana was so excited to see me and was enthusiastic throughout the whole waxing procedure. She calmed my nerves and talked me through the whole process, both to take my mind off of the waxing and to make me aware of each step in the process. Overall not the best experience. I got a Brazilian wax and mentioned that I have sensitive skin and they did not take that into consideration. I left with terrible bruising, inflammation, and irritation. Also, there was leftover wax that hadn't been removed after my appointment was finished making the drive home very uncomfortable. When I got home I realized that all the hair had not been removed and I still had small patches of hair that she missed and I had to remove the hair myself with a razor. Very disappointing experience. Will not be returning. read more

I have visited this salon multiple times, but after my appointment earlier this week, I won't be returning. The salon is clean and they have pretty reasonable prices. Everyone who works there is nice and does a good job of keeping you calm throughout the process. I got a brazilian wax earlier this week, but the esthetician failed to remove all of the wax from that area. There were many places that still had small amounts of wax. This was very uncomfortable for the rest of the day, until I got home and could shower and remove the rest of the wax. I just wish they had been more detailed or done a better job ensuring there wasn't any wax left. No longer my go-to salon in Athens read more

This is probably the best waxing experience I have ever had! They use some kind of wax I've never seen before and it makes the experience almost pleasant, if you can say that about waxing. It doesn't hurt very much at all. Usually wherever I get waxed is a little tender for at least a few hours, but I didn't feel anything right after and it's been 2 hours and I still don't feel anything. read more

Usually they do a good job, I have been going there since they open for my eyebrows and lips, I go every 2 weeks. Today a new girl did my eyebrows and half of one of them is gone!!!. I came back to complain and another girl that has done my eyebrows multiple times, ask me if I was a regular client and said that she didn't remember me....Then, when I told her that it was nothing to do because half of my eyebrow was gone, she proceeded to said with a very disrespectful attitude "We will see you next time". Cheap, no waiting, beautiful waiting room, and nice staff but I was disappointed with the actual service. I got a simple bikini wax and everything looked good at the salon but when I put on my suit the next day at the beach, I had to finish the job and do my own hair removal. I went here to get a full body waxing last week. I had originally picked Bia due to her having good reviews, but found out when I got there that Bia does not wax guys. Juliana was the one who did my waxing and she was great. She made me feel as comfortable as one can be when someone is pulling all the hair off of your body. Juliana was very professional, had a great attitude and I enjoyed the conversation that we had during the waxing.
