Here lately, I've been dealing with Gabriella (she's great), but today, I dealt w/Tammy!! Omgg! I gotta remember not to deal w/her again!! She doesn't listen!! I told her 2 times that the wax was too hot!! She acted like she didnt hear me or didn't care! And she wasn't very pleasant, and she didn't warn me like the other estheticians when she was pulling the wax off! Tammy came over quickly and provided such an amazing pedicure. I got the Deluxe pedicure and it was amazing. She asked my preferences and kept things very natural as I prefer that. I don't like the drill and she had another removal option for my old gel. She was so careful to ensure I also was comfortable. Dani came over to start my Deluxe Mani. I had no design in mind but Dani took the lead and helped me feel so satisfied with the results. I have graduation pictures this weekend and I loved every bit of the process! I'm not usually a person who writes reviews but this establishment needs to know who kind of service there employees are providing. It is extremely disappointing to spend money on a service that is less than satisfactory and is leaving me still in pain 24 hours later.
