I've purchased upwards of $1000 worth of glass from this shop and it is hands down my favorite place to save up $ for. They have a hug collection of only solid brands, including incredibly drool worthy high end art from places like Bear Mountain Studios, etc. I love my showerhead perc US TUBES pipe. The employees are very knowledgeable, helpful, non invasive. Shop itself is very well lit, open, generally super exciting to just browse their collection. They also have a cool mystery box event each year and offer a points system for customers. I get hooked up with clean Kratom occasionally. Absolutely stop by, even if you're on a budget, they have really great little budget pieces from Hydros, etc. Not your typical glass shop. They also carry palms, many smoking materials, CBD products and have at least 20 strains of Kratom that is small batch tested. I like Red Rhino and Gold Bali so far. read more

terrible customer service and horrible policies, a content creator made a purchase and had a change of mind so he canceled the orde, they tried to charge him a 20 percent "restock" fee which if u look at their prices could be a couple hundred, they want u to pay big money and u get nothing in return, he exposed this on his social media as he has a big following and they immediately sent him a full refund... now imagine if it was a regular customer, they would've taken the 20 percent fee and pocketed it as they have definitely before. read more

Bought a Nectar Micro Kit that was delivered without a second stinger tip. When I called the shop I was informed that model didn't come with a second tip. I directed them to their web page with the add of the kit I just bought that clearly stated the kit included 2 stinger tips. I was then told that the information on their web page was incorrect. Nothing was offered to remedy the fact that I did not receive the advertised product I paid for. It's a less then $5 piece of equipment, but I still did not get what I paid for. read more

Today was my first time here and Marissa was so helpful! I was the only customer allowed in at the time and was given hand sanitizer as soon as I entered, which made me feel safe. I came in wanting the HVY 38MM Mini Fumed Beaker. She suggested the exact same bong except Mio's version, offering that it was overall better quality glass with a longer down stem and nicer percolators. She even took both out (then safely stepped back) so I could feel both in my hands for myself rather than just taking her word for it, all at her suggestion. I took her recommendation confidently, especially after hearing the price difference to quality was only $12. During checkout, Marissa wrapped everything expertly. We had a great, easy conversation about our dogs. I signed up for their points program without hesitation (1 point for every $1 spent) and will most definitely purchase my next glass piece from here! I went in to look at e-nails maybe a month ago. I didn't have any experience with them and the staff member that helped me answered all my questions without making me feel dumb for having to ask and gave me a great recommendation on which e-nail they have and how well it had worked for them. At first I was overall please with the shop. (Online) Fast shipping. Good prices, and was even suprised at how well the items were packaged. Unfortunately tho one of the 2 items was damaged. So I contacted them immediately to only find out that they were little help and the manager who I spoke with was not polite about the situation at all. Arguing that "i" broke it and not even that it was damaged in shipping. Also claimed I used it and it was dirty in tho photo i attached. All statements were false as to if it was dirty than she is insulting herself cause she packaged a dirty, faulty, broken item I'm I will not use and they could only give me a 20 percent return on the other cheaper item I bought. Everyone who works here kicks ass. Not once have I ever felt like a burdon or pain in the ass like at some other stores. Showed up after close tonight (9:10ish pm) and the dude was nice enough to sell me a piece even though it was after hours. I didn't bang on the door or anything door was still open.
