Search Google and you will find Smok TFV18 coils for $10-$15 for a pack of 3. Not at Beaverton Smoke Shack, they are $8.99 PER COIL. Like I fool, I bought 2 packs to tune of $54 from these gougers, went home, did some homework online, and decided to try and take them back the very same day in unused, pristine condition for a refund. Instead of politely declining, I was treated rudely by the saleswoman who immediately acted like "duh, you should know better." "We don't do returns!" What? How ironic, I have returned unused coils to them before, with no problems, in the recent past. But now it's an issue, why, because they are knowingly gouging customers? As I told her as I left, I won't be back. Save your money and go to a more reasonable shop. read more

I'm looking at my receipt from yesterday and there are two extra charges labelled "custom item" for $29 each. I can account for every other item I received except for those two line items. Just save the time and your money and go somewhere else. The men don't respect women, and it's hard when most of the workers are rude men. They don't honor any of their policies so literally what's the point in shopping here. So many smoke products are defective by no fault of the buyer, and everyone knows this. Shady owner, shady business. We also watched what I can only assume was the owner road raging as well, so even more of a reason not to go here. Middle finger in the air like you just don't care. How many other people drove by and saw that ugly finger sticking out of your window? My fav part was seeing someone in the lot over filming him. So yea it wasn't just us who saw the craziness unfold. Cameras are everywhere, people film everything, so don't feel so bold when you act a fool in a public setting. I'd love to see what they filmed. These people do not honor the business they "operate". Sold me a defective battery for a cartridge. Tried charging it for 2 hours while running errands. Never took a charge, so I went back to this "business" a couple of hours later trying to simply swap it out in the timeframe of their FAKE "24 hours return policy" only for the shifty 'manager' to tell me I messed the battery up somehow and he couldn't do anything. Not honest people and they will blame you for selling bad products. All their good reviews on their page seem done by bots. One bot said he returned things two DAYS later without a receipt and they were super nice. I came in two HOURS after my purchase with a receipt, and the badly dyed and cut blonde girl who was seemingly raised in felt Cookie Monster pajamas was rude and badly pierced. Bad personality physically and spiritually. These are dishonest business people. Just pay more to go to Mary Jane's, they at least honor their policies and don't gaslight you read more

Their counter guy setup device $140+voopoo, after usage later, it electrocuted myself, batt warped, device obviously unusable. I am pretty wicked pissed at these guys, but kinda in awe strangely. Their lack of skill is only surpassed by the astounding lack of F's to give. Brought materials and device in /w receipt - 2 days after purchase - "we can't do anything - not our issue talk to the manufacturer " The lack of give a damn is seriously impressive., and this comes from a fortune 500 guy, 1. Its hard to get people who lack basic human empathy, but they have staffed well. Not once was I asked if I was OK after being burned and electrocuted. I worked for a company that dumped toxic waste next to playgrounds and even we looked a bit sheepish - not these guys, steely hard gaze of righteousness - truly inspiring 2 .Failing to accept any responsibility - ohh yeah in spades ! Didn't even have a single question on who set it up staff side - maybe to verify training as to not hurt peeps! Cursory glance at device Check! I mean the armatures I went to down the road took pictures and sent it to boss so they could be aware of a possible issue and they didn't sell it - the guys I bought it from at smoke shack could not have cared less and it bought a tear to my eye. I think these guys have the chops for high office with this kind of casual disregard for human life and suffering along with the ability to defer any & all blame or failure. *protip the reason to take the device back is to plausibly destroy future evidence / lose while sending to manufacturer etc. leaving customer with evidence while temporarily fun can burn you also instead of just the customers. Love this place! I have been to several vape shops in the area and this one has the best selection in disposables by far. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I had come across a vape that I really enjoyed, but no one in town (Beaverton or Tigard) had them in stock. I went in and mentioned that it was my favorite but would settle with another. The staff made a special order for me and a week later they had 5+ flavors for me to choose from! If that isn't great customer service, then I don't know what is. They even allowed me to try my unit before leaving to ensure it worked before I left the store and it was non-refundable (All disposables at every vape store are non-refundable). They had so many options in stock that it they didn't even have room place them on the shelves yet. They needed a new buyer and should know what trends are out there and stock them. Some of the employees there also need to know more about their products. Been coming here for years. Good little shop, although not wheelchair accessible like the profile says, there is one step up onto a concrete lading before the entry door. Small store with decent selections, average pricing. Three dedicated parking spots out front, some out back. The owner is a nice guy, seems like he needs to take a break, especially in today current business climate, reducing store hours might not be such a bad thing? Went in got Qcarbo20 first take doing it asked when I was there was told look at the box. Then called this morning was told just follow it to the word of instructions. I said I know there is explained it was my first and wasn't understanding and was told oh just read instructions. DONT waste your time asking questions and only get what you know. Came in today for the first time and was excited to try a new vape shop since I'm new to the area. The lady at the counter was extremely unhelpful. They didn't have the juice i wanted which is fine but also didn't have 5 other ones i mentioned. I was extremely polite as i normally am and she was extremely short with me and didn't recommend any other options. She then in a very rude way said "we close soon" the website said they closed at 10PM how was i supposed to know you closed at 8PM today. Either way i had 10 mins left. I understand being frustrated someone came in before close but she was just way over the line. Long story short i will be driving to hillsboro every time i get my juice.
