The young man who worked there was super nice, his father is the owner. We chatted a bit about this and that and the pot laws and such. Frendly and helpful, I checked out the tray of "chillems", having recently had mine broken :(. They were $15 and $20, lots of options and very pretty. The one I had to have was $20 and I asked for a small discount, he obliged, which is always a positive in my book. Here's the thing. They have chillems at the bodega near my house for $8, 10 and 12. They are not nearly as nice of course. The one I recently bought was $11 with tax in Vancouver. So, maybe it makes sense to consider your location, the competition, and price accordingly. NO ONE uses this system any more. After 15 minutes I was allowed in. The budtender was very busy emptying his tip jar. He asked what I wanted and I told him I ordered online. He proceeded to tell me that their online system is not working and did I have a picture of what I wanted. WHAT? I told him the name of one of the ones I ordered. He didn't check anything, just told me they didn't have it. So, I was rudely treated, waited for nothing and went home empty handed. The absolute worst experience in a dispensary I have ever had. There are many dispensaries in the Portland area that offer friendly, helpful service and actually have an accurate menu and a way to order on-line. RUN from this place unless you want a repeat of my experience.
