She always asked for my name and number, leading me to believe that she probably never even wrote it down in the first place; and, when I was finally able to view the apartment, she "lost my number" to tell me that the apartment was already sold and that she could show me another one in the same area. Then she basically pushed it off until the apartment wasn't available anymore. Do not believe everything written about her in her bio on the company website, by my personal experience she is a flake.

These guys will really gut punch you on move out day. They will fail to clean and fix the issues in…read morea property that existed before you moved in and then charge your security deposit for those issues after you move out. (I'd be willing to bet that if I asked for pictures of the property right now, they won't have actually fixed or cleaned any of the things they charged me for that were already there when I moved in like burnt wall sockets, and dirty window and door tracks.) Additionally, when you request they fix the complimentary washer and dryer, and they refuse because those appliances are complimentary, they will still demand those appliances stay at the property when you move out, even if you paid out of pocket to get them fixed. I was threatened 5 times over the course of 60 hours that if I didn't they would go with another applicant. Then as soon as I viewed the property they sent me a link to sign a rental agreement lease. I explained that I just got off a 16 hour graveyard shift, then went to view the property, and drove back to Reno from Fernley. I'd fallen asleep and had to tend to personal errands and if I could have 24 hours to review the contract (this was at 4p). At 9pm the same evening I received correspondence rescinding the offer to rent this was on 06.17.2021. I was told my deposit would be refunded and given a confirmation code on said refund. I have gone back and forth with them more times than should ever be needed to be told that it's on my credit card company to process the refund. I still haven't received it as of 19:00 (7p) 06.26.2021. Whenever, I try calling the office or cell number provided I go directly to voicemail. Every time I've made effort to go to the office there has been an excuse on why they cannot meet there to discourage my driving from Reno to the Fernley location as I am certain it would be futile based on the responses I've received. My POC was rude, pushy, manipulative, and this has been the WORSE experience I've EVER HAD DEALING WITH A RENTAL/REAL ESTATE COMPANY. I urge you do not waste your time, money, effort, or energy dealing with these scam artist if at all possible!
