I ordered a custom cabinet of solid walnut from North Carolina. It showed up with hinges big enough…read moreto hold a safe door. My equipment would not fit into the cabinet. I took a door with hinges to ID &M to ask if they would suggest some kind of a swap to smaller hinges. Two men worked with it for about 20 minutes and gave me two smaller hinges and suggestions to do the switch. They would not accept compensation for their time and materials. Happy to say that today I installed the new hinges; they fit perfectly and now my equipment fits. What a professional class act.
