He texted earlier today to remind me of the appointment and texted me before heading out here. He explained to me a few different ways to fix the fence and let me choose what I needed. He did not upsell! He also inspected the entire fence while out here. He found quite a few screws missing. I have had a few other contractors inspect and fix my backyard fence, but only Solomon found those missing screws, which really attests to his thoroughness. I simply stumbled upon his Yelp page. I really lucked out! When I need handyman help next time, I know who to call! I highly recommend him!

I contacted Mark again and he and Nick showed up and fixed the issue for good. Like most people I was very intrigued by Jennifer's website, reviews and praise. Which led me to going with her company instead of the others. First impressions, I thought she was great! I spoke about a mile a minute but she seemed to comprehend what my brain was putting out. After the first meeting, I sent 1 email with a few pinterest ideas. Shortly after that, Jennifer came over to take measurements. After the measurements, we were then told that it will take a few weeks to put together the design. No problem right? After several weeks I sent an e-mail explaining some troubles I was having with one of my e-mail account and sent an updated e-mail contact, just in case. Still no answer. Another several weeks later I made a follow up call and to this day I have never received a call back. Perhaps we are not the kind of people she wanted to work with, or perhaps she had been trying to contact me with the bad e-mail address (she had my phone number). Maybe we just got lost in the sea of people she was working with. It didnt bother me that this did not work out, it would just have been decent to get a call or email, text anything saying that she did not want to do business with us. She came into my home, met my family and gave me the impression that we could do business together. In closing consumers, roll the dice with this designer. I followed up with a couple of pictures of the area via txt. Waited over two weeks without any type of reply. I called back, went to Voicemail. I followed up the call with another txt indicating I didn't need their services and they immediately replied "OK." Perhaps the job wasn't big enough? I have no idea, however the complete lack of response is, in my opinion, disrespectful and I cannot recommend them. If don't you want the job, just say it. Don't leave customers hanging.
