The app was very efficient for setting up a sitter, and Brenda arrived promptly and was a huge hit with my boys. She took them to the park, kept the tv off even with multiple requests from my 5 year old, and even got my 18 month old down in his bed for a nap (practically impossible!) As she was leaving, my 5 year old was telling her all about what they would do next time she came, he had such a good time! Payment was completely handled in the app, Brenda used the app to clock in upon arrival, and to clock out when she left, so those extra 10 minutes she stayed due to me hitting traffic on my way back home were no problem at all. The extra time was prorated and charged to my credit card so that she got paid for every minute, and I didn't have to worry about a few extra minutes costing me another hour, or any hard feelings from the sitter if she unexpectedly had to stay late.
