I was assigned to another agent, Kristi, who was also prompt, warm and friendly and well versed in the application process. Right there on the phone, she walked me through the application and filed it for me. Then, Kristi called me back just as I received my acceptance documents and negotiated the many health plan options taking into account my specific doctors, prescriptions, and projected health care needs, filing all the papers for me while we were on the phone. I will certainly use them again when it comes time to decide about my Medicare Advantage plans as I am approaching 65.
