Since the cabinets couldn't be trimmed, I called Jeff and Mindy. They helped me raise my cabinets by 1 1/2 inches to make it fit. This involves all of the following by the time it was done: 1- Remove over range microwave 2- Dismount 96" of cabinets from the wall 3- Remount cabinets 1 1/2" higher 4- Move plug in cabinet to new location 5- Install new over range microwave 6- Install new range 7- Install new Dishwasher Great people that were very positive through it all and were less than half the cost of my quote from Mr Handyman. When I need help again, I will definitely "Just Call Friends!"

We are looking to replace our electric fireplace for a larger one. She was not very helpful. She did set us for an employee to come to our home for a estimate. When the day came the weather was bad so my husband called and got no,reply. Finally the day before the estimate my husband called and left text messages and finally got a call back from the gentleman who was supposed to come to our home to give us a estimate and apologized saying he had a family emergency and could not make it. And then asked us to take pictures and measurements and send it to him and he will look at them and tell us what he thinks. I thought that's what he's supposed to do by going to our home and actually looking at the fireplace. Well my husband did all that. Sent him the information. He never called us back. Again my husband had to do the call back. This is unprofessional. And then just like that that he brushed us off saying that the whole fireplace had to be redone and it would cost about $3500. to do and he send us a link for accessories for the fireplace to spruce it up a little. Clearly he didn't want our business and I was offended by the way he just brushed us of like that. What kind of business is that. Be careful people who you deal with. Professionalism and customer satisfaction is what makes a business thrive. Stay away from them.
