Nobody is ever available onsite, and, on the rare occasion that you can actually speak to a Company representative, they misrepresent everything and will just flat out lie to you about their policies and procedures. 2. They raise their rates without notifying you first. All of the sudden, just out of the blue, your monthly service fee is raised without an email, phone call, NOTHING. 3. If you leave a message requesting a call back; you will never receive a phone call, text; NOTHING. 4. When you finally move your stuff out of your storage unit, they require a 30-day notice. We gave more than a 30-day notice, but they still charged us for another month's rental anyway. We even spoke to a Company representative that told us we were doing everything required and there wouldn't be any problems. If, after reading this, you still decide to rent a storage unit from this Company; never, never, never, ever give them a debit card or pay by automatic withdrawal. Just pay them monthly by a check, or drop off cash and be sure to get a receipt. They are dishonest and they will steal from you. They do not appreciate your business and they do not care about you. ALL they care about is $$$$$MONEY. I sincerely hope this business receives a mega dose of KARMA as soon as possible.

This involves all of the following by the time it was done: 1- Remove over range microwave 2- Dismount 96" of cabinets from the wall 3- Remount cabinets 1 1/2" higher 4- Move plug in cabinet to new location 5- Install new over range microwave 6- Install new range 7- Install new Dishwasher Great people that were very positive through it all and were less than half the cost of my quote from Mr Handyman. I can tell they put a lot of care into the store and their displays. the parking lot is very easy to get in and out of depending which way you are traveling - I would just say be cautious turning left out of the lot during peak times, as it's on a busy Street. There are several Boutique time items in the shop that are new with tags. they aren't brands that you would necessarily be familiar with oh, but it's nice to be able to buy items that have never been worn. My husband and I donated furniture here, and someone pick it up for us, which was a tremendous help. We just had to call and schedule a time. My big critique is the pricing. First of all, I didn't see any notice of tag sales, which I believe is a staple of thrift stores. Second of all, the pricing seem to be more than what I would see at comparable thrift stores, even Goodwill, which tends to be priced high. The pricing seems to be somewhere in between thrift and consignment prices. I did find a couple of pieces last time I was here and bought them, but I paid probably 30% more than what I would have paid elsewhere. I love the cause that this store support, and I'm happy to give them my business, but I won't shop there as often as much as I shop at other stores just because of the pricing.
