Called and texted the owner numerous times over several weeks and never received a response, even sent him pictures of the damage and poor workmanship. Finally I told him I was going to add a review to his website and he responded back quickly stating if I do he would not fix my issues. Since no progress was being made, I decided to repair the insulation myself, live with the damaged door, and post my reviews. After posting a review on his website, he sent me the text in the picture below. How unprofessional can a person be and still stay in business. He was very prompt and friendly until he was paid in full, then there was a change. Good luck to you if you use this company.

Since the cabinets couldn't be trimmed, I called Jeff and Mindy. They helped me raise my cabinets by 1 1/2 inches to make it fit. This involves all of the following by the time it was done: 1- Remove over range microwave 2- Dismount 96" of cabinets from the wall 3- Remount cabinets 1 1/2" higher 4- Move plug in cabinet to new location 5- Install new over range microwave 6- Install new range 7- Install new Dishwasher Great people that were very positive through it all and were less than half the cost of my quote from Mr Handyman. When I need help again, I will definitely "Just Call Friends!"

I purchased a washer and dryer set from Appliance Warehouse for $1000. We are a…read morepaycheck-to-paycheck family and were looking to save money. Buyer Beware. Only a 30-day warranty, no refunds, no exchanges unless you let them work on it first---and they don't make house calls. The dryer melted wiring causing a fire hazard and the washer never did work properly but became completely unusable after 3 loads. The washer start button was unresponsive at times or blinked incessantly to where the only way to stop it was to unplug it. During the 3rd or 4th load, the process stopped after the rinse cycle and drained without spinning. I had to wring out every piece by hand and take the loads to the laundromat to do drying. Now I am in a worse spot than before I went to Appliance Warehouse because I paid for a terrible product that he won't come fix and I have no way to get to him to fix, and I paid for the haul off for my old washer that still had life left. Clearly David is not a good repairman who stands by his work. I called a real repairman out and he determined the repairs would cost more than $550! That plus the $100 service fee and I could have had a brand-new smart washer and dryer set.
