I wish there was either someone who could explain stuff to me or clearer signage near the front because as a total newcomer I was super overwhelmed and I had no idea what to do. LAN PARTY ON STEROIDS! What a blast from the past. Brings me back to playing counter strike and drinking bawls. The setup is so seamless and the vibe/environment is so welcoming to noobs and try hards alike. Employees super friendly and will help you in setting up to play your favorite game. Computers run flawlessly. Definitely will be back to hang out and bring my friends to play. First hour was on the house. There aren't enough good things I can say about this place. I have been planning a bachelor party here for a friend a few months. I messaged them on IG and they immediately got back to me with details and pricing. They let me bring my own catered food and even adult beverages When I walked In the day of the bachelor party, they greeted me and took me to the reserved area. They helped me set up tables for food and drinks and made sure all the PCs were ready to go. I don't know the owners name but he was super nice and helpful. And his staff member (Gabriel) was super attentive the entire time we were there. If there were any technical issues he was quick to resolve them. The decor in the place is like the inside of a spaceship. Super cool looking and prefect for gaming. They have high quality gaming computers with top of the line chairs, and peripherals. Perfect for a professional feeling gaming experience. The only thing I wish was better was the a/c. I love gaming in super cold rooms. It did get a little warm but that's to be expected with 40+ pcs running and monitors. All in all great experience and will be returning! read more

The experience that I had at this gaming cafe was great. The monitors and specs on the PCs are up to date, the game selection is endless, and the place also has snacks and drinks. There's places to charge your phone on the PC, the environment and ambience is perfect for PC gameplay of your choosing. We recently moved to Miami and our PCs are still in storage so we haven't had the chance to game in a minute. Your first hour at NLG is free and their prices for everything are beyond reasonable. Computer chairs are super comfy, headphones are great, keyboards are awesome and the entire vibe is just great. I was initially intimidated going to gaming lounge as a girl by myself but this environment felt so safe and secure. I even was so nervous that I asked the front desk person to walk me to my seat and he was able to do so and help me set up the computer to make it as easy as possible for me as for the environment everybody seems to keep to themselves unless there's a tournament going on in which that case everyone's rooting for whoever they want to win. The biggest key factor in the fact that I will be going back to this place is that I felt safe and my anxiety wasn't triggered at all. The set up is pretty easy you log into an account and then log into Discord or Steam or whatever it is that you use while you're using the computer and also extremely affordable which is always a plus!! read more
