Life happens, and being 5 minutes late should not result in losing your appointment with no flexibility or refund options. The staff showed no understanding and seemed more interested in enforcing rigid policies than helping paying customers. A business that values its customers would have found a reasonable solution. I would not recommend this rage room to anyone. Save your money and support a business that treats customers fairly and values their time.
