When the manager finally came out, she offered no real apology and simply said that I wasn't the only customer in the restaurant, which is why it took so long. Unfortunately, I am not a big fan of cream cheese in my sushi, so this threw me off a bit, although it was still good and I wonder if you can just ask them to not add cream cheese. I will say the shrimp tempura tasted different compared to other shrimp tempura rolls that I have had... but not bad. The Hibachi Chicken was a large entree for a fairly affordable price! I liked the meal and I think the shrimp sauce definitely enhanced it (as usual), but the sauce did taste kind of ranch-y? The carrots were a bit too sweet for me, but the fried rice paired well with the chicken. Overall, I would think this is an okay place for basic Japanese food. I do not think it is going to blow your mind, but if you want to satisfy some simple cravings, this place will do the job. I would not mind coming back for a quick bite in the future.
