One recently blew out during a power outage/surge so I made arrangements for repair. After a simple phone call to a polite associate, I dropped the scan converter off at their will call office for repair; their location was so close I didn't want to pay for shipping. Extron has several buildings in the area (their newest one is where the Ranch Restaurant is located, built and owned by the owner of Extron), and the will call building is the smallest. These locations are industrial only - no retail is here. Repair was done quickly and inexpensively. Payment was done by credit card (they will also take purchase orders).
