The Office was super organized with a courteously chic waiting area designed to help me get settled in peacefully. Hung had a clipboard with a sheet ready to fill in all my personal information and I delighted in the cute plants, pop culture toys, and fun selection of interesting Magazines laid out for us to enjoy. Hung modeled an energetically welcoming and helpful attitude that put me instantly at ease, and informed me he would reach out and let me know what the problem with my Chromebook was once it was officially diagnosed. A few hours later I received wonderful news that there was nothing wrong with my Chromebook at all and the battery just needed extra charging! I'm very grateful for how honest ITC is and their patience in helping us understand how our Computers work. He inspected it, explained the issue, and replaced the part again under warranty at no charge. I didn't even realize the repair was still covered. What I appreciate most is his honesty. He always takes the time to explain what's wrong, gives honest advice about whether a computer is worth repairing, and never tries to sell you something you don't need. We call and explain the problem with the laptop to the owner, Gilbert. He meets us at the shop, takes the laptop but doesn't pop off the back off for a 10-sec look. He hands my son a form to fill out saying that it would be $65. Luckily we pressed him on what we got for $65. FOR $65 he turns the laptop over pulls the back off (screws already removed BTW) looks at the port. Which needs to be soldered back on.
