These guys are the best. I didn't have to wait when I got there (I figured I'd have to leave my computer) but at that time they weren't busy. I had tried to trouble shoot my Computer on my own for months. To no avail. My computer was running super slow and kept forcing me to reboot. I used the Yelp tool to get quotes from around Orange County to help me replace my 2015 15 inch Macbook Pro's battery, and Todd's company, The Computer Guys was the most reasonable. The service was quick and easy. I dropped off my laptop and picked it up a few days later. I confirmed the new battery by checking the battery cycles and good as new. I work for a small company supporting their IT department and we are mostly a Lenovo shop with a small mix of Apple and Dell machines. These guys are great for servicing Lenovo machines. They work fast and accept drop offs. I probably drop off equipment at their office few times a week and they always have it ready within 2-3 days. I would fix it myself but most of the time it's due to motherboard failure and why fix it if it's still under warranty. They are a much better option than sending it off to Lenovo, which will take a week to ship which sometimes we have to pay for, then another week to fix and another week to send back compared to driving 10 minutes to their office and able to get it back the same week. If you work for a company that uses Lenovo laptops and desktops, use these guys. read more
