    This place is great. Broke my iPhone 6 screen at the gym. Great price and really fast service. Phone works like new. Highly recommend!

Decided to take it in to have a professional diagnose the issue. Walked in. Technician was helping someone at the time and acknowledge me. We talked about the issue I was having and provided the servicing cost which I feel was fair (~$100). Gave me a 2-day estimate for servicing. After 2 days the technician gave me a call that my PC is ready to be picked up. At the store he gone over the issue (which is an incorrectly plugged in power supply wire which I completely overlooked). PC is running very smooth. No issue ever since taking my PC in. All software running with no issue. No more power issue. No more stress. Will not hesitate to come to Kaddy's for any future PC issues.

They were very helpful, cost conscious, and knew just what my problem was pretty quickly. I have connected dual monitors up before but it was not happening for me this time. Turned out I needed a special adaptor specific to the video connection on the back of my computer. They had the adapter and I left with my problem solved and a new $ 15 part. It worked perfectly when I got it home. They did not charge me for the troubleshoot time. Wow. These guys were efficient, pleasant, and knew their business. They were more than fair with the money end of the business.

    I needed my Epson printed repaired cause there were gaps in the prints! OMG, what to do? Do I get…read moreit repaired? I was hoping that the repair route would be the best way. So I went to the Epson website to look for a local service center. Awesome, there's this one near where I work! Darn, the operating hours during the week are when I'm supposed to be at work. Thank goodness I called and the gentleman said that he'd wait till I get there. When I arrived and walked in, I couldn't believe how unorganized his repair shop was. Things are everywhere, and I can't imagine that the Fire Marshall would give their stamp of approval for this poor excuse for a business. There are machines everywhere with as much as 1 foot width of walking space. How is this safe for his techs or even his clients? It took some time for this older gentleman to ask me questions about my troubled printer. It took about 20-30 minutes to get the invoice all prepared with a few intermittent stories in between. The initial diagnosis and labor charge was $75. They were going to check out the printer head to see what's wrong. I called the next day to see what the status was. The same gentleman explained that they are soaking the printer head to unclog it. OK, so I waited a few more days until I finally received a call to notify me that the printer head was broken. So I thought in my head, you couldn't tell it was broken until you soaked it? So, to replace it, it was going to cost an additional $60-80, and he needs to order it from China. So if you're doing the math as you read this, this will cost $155 max to repair, so far. That's if he doesn't find something else to say need repairing. That's a new printer, your probably thinking. Yes it is. They only reason why I even ventured to bring it in, was because I just spent about $80 on new ink cartridges and was hoping that a cheap repair would have followed. Little did I know it wasn't cheap, plus I'm thinking I'm getting swindled by this whipper snapper. So I called the gentleman back the day after I received his call to let him know that I'm choosing not to repair the printer. I informed him, because of his hours and my work hours, that the latest I would pick up the printer is next week. He automatically replied that I needed to pick it up sooner or I'll have to pay rent. What the heck? He explained that he received a number of repairs and he doesn't have space. Who charges rent something that has only been there for a few days. And when I came back to pick up the printer, I did see a posting that there will be a charge for anything left over 30 days. So I picked up my printer the day after he called. I was already running late for work, so I figured that coming in a little alter wouldn't hurt to get my printer back so I don't get charged rental space. LAME! So I go in to this hot mess of a business and he has to search for my printer. He looking throughout the main room and couldn't find it and finally went to the back to search for it. I was almost scared that he had lost it in the mess he has at the this place. After a few minutes passed, it was found! He printed up the receipt and I wasn't charged the balance of the $75, which was the $30 above the $45 collected at the time I dropped it off. This place is a shady business. I will never recommend this place to anyone, not even to my worst enemy. The service charges are extraordinary! Even for the initial charge, I could have purchased a cheap black and white printer! And for the remark of charging rent if I didn't pick up my printer sooner, no where was that advertised. Granted, I didn't look for it I will definitely be contacting Epson and reporting this place to them. I can't believe that a company like Epson would even advertise that this is one of their local service centers. This is well below their standards, I hope.

In this case, Larry Canter's CSA computer repair's  bad yelp reviews are true. NEVER GO to CSA. This CSA owner, Larry Canter, did the same despicable treatment to me. 1. CSA had my Epson printer in his possession for 5 MONTHS for a repair! 2. Bottom line:  I lost money dealing with CSA. 3.  I placed 14 to 20 phone calls during 5 months.  Larry always said " I will call you back" and didn't.  " I will ask the repairman", and never called back. He left me hanging for 5 months with false promises - "we'll get it fixed soon, soon, soon ........" 4.  Larry accused me of not knowing how to use a printer, when CSA never got around repairing it. When an old man comes up with utterly stupid accusations like that, one knows what a fool sounds like when a fool runs out of excuses. Anything CSA did wrong was " oh well ".  But Larry had the audacity to accuse me of everything under the sun. I waited for 5 months for CSA to fix.  How is waiting - the customer's fault? 5.  CSA wasted my time, caused me 5 MONTHS of mental & emotional anguish,  waiting & dealing with Larry's abrasive behavior, having to call 14+ times, to babysit this owner, an adult, and his business. 6.  In every single phone call, Larry lies- says "I am driving, can't talk", who always hangs up in my mid sentence. I can hear his utensil noises and eating sounds. 7. Larry abused my / his customer's trust, and continues. 8. This man turns around and forgets 9.  I was too forgiving, good natured and loyal to this man. 10.   The old CSA pictures, here on yelp, are true.  CSA store was a pig pen.  In 2019, CSA had a fire and Larry got insurance money.  CSA lost all customer's properties in the fire.
