After sending out a Yelp blast to get quotes to fix my son's disabled Galaxy S7, most places quoted 180-210 but 1stop was nearby and quoted $159 but there was a catch. They would take the screen from a different phone instead of using a new one. They said it is actually preferable because it is a screen factory sealed to the LCD. We would also get a "new to you" frame too which was good because my son's was dented. 90 minutes later we got the phone back in beautiful shape. We had to turn around after we drove away once we noticed the SIM card was missing but they just forgot to pop it in and it was waiting for us on the counter. Simple mistake. A Truly Honest Business!!! I brought my IPad Air 2 in because the power button was stuck. He told me it was fixable but that you have to remove the glass screen and it was likely to break when removed. The cost would be $65 to $235 if the screen broke. Then he said, "I can show you how to fix it for free". He put an icon on the screen that shuts down my IPad without the power button. I want to edit my review for 1 stop wireless. After they read my review they were concerned about the bad review. But I was called to get another phone which this time it works. So they fixed the mistake they made in giving me a phone that was not compatible. But, I think it's a lesson learned for them hopefully for the future to make sure that the phone they are selling to the customer be compatible if not they will go through the same problem as I did where the customer was upset. Had a horrible experience, I contacted eddie through offer up. For a cell phone they supposedly had in store. I drove 20 minutes to the store, and then they could not find the phone. After 10 minutes of watching them scramble around they told me they did not have it. I walk out of the store and they run out and told me they had it, that it was misplaced. I go back in and it was the wrong phone they put a sticker over the back so you couldn't tell what it was. After i peeled it off, the man (kid) i was talking too said he would talk to his manager about this,'they really tried selling me a phone that wasn't the write one. Then in the back i can here them saying they don't have it.. the "manager" telling his employee to tell me that they have the phone but not for my carrier.. shady business, don't come here read more

A bit hard to find since it was sharing a location with three other businesses, but it's tucked in the back when you visit.
