Her nail tech was super chatty and friendly, making us both feel very welcome. She seemed to be communicating a ton with my friend throughout who's nails came out super nice & well shaped. Think her name started with a K? Jelly? Kim? Not sure but she was great! My nail tech was a lot quieter, which I didn't really mind lol. I explained that my pinky nail had been broken (hence why it was shorter) then when they asked me how much I'd like to cut I said "Just a little". They must've understood lol bc if you look at my pictures my left hand's ring finger is super short. Think they thought I wanted it to match my pinky... ahhhhh. I corrected them and kept a close eye on the cutting and shaping of my other nails (correcting crooked & too pointy nails several times) after and had no issues. If you're someone else tho, your natural nail getting cut down so drastically might have really pissed you off, but I couldn't be bothered to care that much lol. It happens! Plus it's not crazy noticeable. There was an issued excessive heat warning for this weekend, which might've been why they were so free with tons of seats open and nail techs available. Facility seemed very clean, prices were decent, and I'd def return if I was in the area! Just keep an eye on your nails lol

That alone set the tone. Things only got worse when the nail technician spilled nail polish on my hand and then refused to acknowledge it, denying it was even polish instead of apologizing or fixing the issue. The overall attitude of the staff was cold, unfriendly, and unprofessional. There was no effort to make me feel comfortable or valued as a customer. Businesses like this should seriously reconsider their approach to customer service. I would not recommend this establishment based on my experience.

I do fill-ins religiously and love them to look fluffy, long and NOT FAKE. Yes, ladies you can have beautiful long lashes and not have them look clumpy and fake - imagine that! Being a make-up artist is a difficult job especially now during a pandemic. Doing making on my face is even harder since its hard to find make up products that doesn't make me break up or eyeliner that doesn't give me "panda eyes."
