Very disappointing experience. I was treated with a lack of basic respect from start to finish. The front desk assistant was rude and actually threw a color chart at me instead of handing it properly. That alone set the tone. Things only got worse when the nail technician spilled nail polish on my hand and then refused to acknowledge it, denying it was even polish instead of apologizing or fixing the issue. The overall attitude of the staff was cold, unfriendly, and unprofessional. There was no effort to make me feel comfortable or valued as a customer. Businesses like this should seriously reconsider their approach to customer service. I would not recommend this establishment based on my experience. read more

so first let me start by saying that i know exactly what i want and the price it should be around. I go in tell them what i want gave the price of $118. I said okay. Then i do my nails the guy is very fast (did an ok job) didnt really clean or take my cuticles out. no hand cream. Nothing. Move on to my feet. I like getting acrylic on my feet. I told her only the same toes get acrylic. not the big toes. Then as im doing it the lady says "oh you should do it so it comes out smoother" like i have done no acrylic on my big toes. And she could have just smooth it out. But she wanted to charge me $140 for everything. So because i said no they didnt clean my feet at all. just put acrylic and painted them. And that came out to $115. thats horrible customer service. Fuck this place. the ladies have no manners and they take advantage of everyone who walks in there. 1 Star -- Never Again. Rude, Overpriced, and Unprofessional My mom went here for what should've been a simple pedicure, but instead, she was treated with rudeness and condescension. They charged her $8 extra to remove gel from her toes, insisting it was acrylic (it wasn't), and refused to listen when she tried to explain. She paid it because she's non-confrontational but the treatment was completely out of line. On top of that, they charge $5 extra just to shape your nails into coffin only square shape is included, which is ridiculous considering the already steep prices for mid-tier service. When I went back to speak to the woman in charge (Jennifer), she was rude, dismissive, and had a nasty tone. No accountability, no professionalism just gaslighting energy. To make it worse, the environment was chaotic. There was yelling, fighting, bottles being thrown, and overall aggression in and around the area on Sunday, June 29th. It felt unsafe and unwelcoming. DO NOT come here. It's overpriced, the energy is hostile, and the staff lacks basic respect or courtesy. Got a gel pedicure here and it was great. Nail tech was a man, didn't get his name as I was a walk-in and it's not my usual go-to salon. Always acting like she is to see any of her clients or does not want to deal with them at all. This is bad business for this location and for the clientele that they're supposed to maintain her quality of service not being friendly outgoing to her clients makes this nail salon very disturbing to get your nails done she needs a readjustment on her attitude, retake business skills so she can learn how to interact with each of her clients. very disappointed in this service today. I had a 330pm appointment which I arrived to at 2:30pm due to a cancellation they had. Before the woman started my lashes I told her that I was having an issue with the "quad pay" option that they advertised ...she proceeded to tell me she never heard of it. I booked my appointment on "vagaro" where the pay in 4 is advertise. I asked to speak with the manager and she told me that they DO NOT offer the pay in 4 option which was clearly advertised on the site in which I booked the appointmen, I asked if she could accommodate me in any way being that it was not a failure on my part. She proceeded to tell me NO, so I decided not to get my lashes done and left. After I leave I received a text from there shop "Daisy Nails" saying that I was a "No Call No Show" for my appointment. They also charge 50% for NO CALL NO SHOWS noted in the same site. Very Poor Customer Service and very dishonest people !!!!! read more

The nail tech did such a sloppy job on my nails. 5 days later and the gel is already chipping on two of my nails. Pricing is much less expensive than anywhere else but is a reflection of the poor job they do. read more

Had to get my nails done for my graduation. The staff listened to what design and color matched my graduation dress and took great care in making sure I was satisfied at every step of the way. They were efficient and very detail oriented. Highly recommend and will be coming again. read more

Yes yes yes All they care about is money and not QUALITY or keeping customers happy! The lash tech does a great job so my lashes did not all fall out. BUSINESS ETIQUETTE, 101 DAISY NAILS- you let the customer come in, you do an assessment of their lashes and then make the determination of whether they need a full set or just a refill. If you're truly concerned about the lashes being dirty then just say come in we will have to look at it first. Or you tell us the risk before we start-! Or charge a fee to remove them.
