I enjoy the customer service and the food is amazing and my favorite is the cheese steak

This Italian restaurant mailed out a menu to promote their establishment so I decided to try it out one night. One of my favorite Italian meals is Chicken Francese so I called to place my pickup order and asked for a side salad with the meal (no onions, balsamic dressing on the side. I arrived in 20 minutes and told the guy at the counter I was here for a pickup. He asked if I placed it online and I said no I had called. He ran around for a few minutes before realizing it was sitting right in front of him on the counter. I paid and took it to my car where I checked on it. The salad had onions and there was no dressing. So I brought it back inside where the made a new salad. After 5 minutes, I was on my way home. The chicken francese was pounded very thin and was so dry. The pasta was drowning in lemon and butter sauce. Yuck! Not a great start. read more

Great pizzeria in general, good Sicilian pizza but it needs more sauce. Way too much cheese visible, some slices are a bit dry. Double up the sauce and it'd be a phenomenal Sicilian. read more

3 stars because it's not bad and the owner (I think) is a super nice guy. My qualm- two times I went early on a Saturday with my daughter and the slices were definitely all leftover from the night before and not freshly made. Totally a hidden gem. It's an unassuming spot in a strip mall, and I stopped in once for pizza by the slice when struck by a sudden hunger while thrift shopping, and wasn't disappointed. I wasn't expecting anything fancy, but I also wasn't expecting the pizza to be as good as it was! Months later, I didn't even realize we were ordering from the same place when we were looking for some really good pasta to be delivered, but I ordered the lobster ravioli for delivery and it was excellent. Creamy and rich, but not overly so. Others are right that the side salads leave a lot to be desired. But that's not what you're coming here for, right? read more

Love this place! We've eaten in, gotten takeout, and more recently used their catering options. The food is fantastic, we've had each of the different types of pizza, various pastas, salad, and appetizers. And who can forget the awesome garlic knots! Hey! If you're looking for authentic Italian food at a family restaurant, this is the place. They have friendly staff and good service, and you have the option of take-out or dine-in. They had cold pizza slices up front that looked good, so I ordered one slice of Margarita pizza that they then heated up in the oven and brought to our table.  Once she walked over with the pizza slice and the aroma of oregano and hot crust hit my nose, my mouth was watering. It looked so good and tasted delicious! The crust was ULTRA thin, which I loved! It had a nice chew as well as a satisfying crunch. The sauce and mozzarella were just the right amounts for the slice. It had well-balanced flavors with the oregano, slices of mozzarella,  basil, and slightly sweet and tangy sauce. I could probably eat a whole pie by myself, it was so good! We also got pasta, which came with your choice of bread (we got garlic bread) and a salad. The garlic bread was toasted hoagie bread with some garlic and olive oil spread on top and some parsley to garnish. It was nothing to write home about, but it was still good. However, I would not recommend the salad. I got mine with balsamic dressing, and the dressing looked muddy. It was an opaque light brown, and the flavor was muddled and not balanced. The vegetables were dry and did not look freshly cut. The salad was just not pleasant. My friend declined the salad that came with her pasta, and I should have followed her lead. Luckily, the pasta was delicious! My friend ordered the cheese ravioli, which  looked very good. The sauce and the ravioli also looked freshly made. I know my friend enjoyed it very much. The Cavatelli al Pesto I ordered was very good! The pasta was cooked al dente and was evenly coated in a creamy, light pesto sauce. The only thing I'll say is that it was a bit under-seasoned. I needed to add a bit of salt and parmesan on top. They give you a generous portion of pasta, and mine was definitely enough for two meals. Overall, minus the salad, it was a good experience, and I'd recommend their pizza and pasta. read more

I love this place me and my family always get our pies from here from here on pizza night. Our typical order is a large cheese and large pepperoni but their buffalo chicken and grandma pizza slaps. Best pizza in Bethlehem better than Lehigh Pizza, better than Martellucci's, better than Frank's, and better than Bruno's by far. I am alway scared when I order tomato pie, you never know what you will get. The grandma is not exactly what I would call tomato pie but it is close enough. This crunch crust pizza is currently my favorite in the Lehigh Valley. It was pretty good cold the next day also. read more

Food arrived late despite being super close. Pizzas were obviously the "window" pizzas or something they were old! And dried out and burnt! Cheeseburger was well done when was supposed to be rare. This was a small strip mall pizza place, but that was just what we wanted. Not much seating, clearly more of a takeout place, but the pizza was delicious and the service was friendly. AMAZING! I moved to the Lehigh Valley a few months ago and was missing my home-cooked Italian food. Heard good things from a coworker so I went in on a Saturday night to pick up dinner. The staff was incredibly friendly--Joe especially. He greeted me and gave me his recommendation for a pasta dish--Boscaiola, which is penne with peas and mushrooms in a pink meat sauce. It was INCREDIBLE. I messaged my family back home right away to tell them about the experience. The portion was huge and flavorful. It was some of the best pasta I've had outside of home. While I was in the restaurant, Joe was greeting people and striking up conversations left and right. It was such a nice atmosphere. I will be coming back to try the pizza and other dishes after this. As far as pizza goes this place puts PA pizza on the map. I'm from the Bronx and lived in Jersey and Sorella's could hold its own anywhere. The cheese is real the sauce is full of flavor and a large pie is a large pie. This place is worth a drive. Owner is a great guy and takes pride in his work. read more

Been getting food from them for almost a year. The quality is good, the prices are extremely high. How high? My last Pizza, a vegetarian was $22.79! I have never paid that much for a Pizza in my life, New York City prices. The Pizza was good but not that good. We do not go that often because they are pricey, and with all that is going on, 1X a month. And we will no doubt cut back, simple economics. I can get 2 Pies elsewhere for what I pay for 1 here. read more

It is nice to find a place that makes honest Italian food - including Italian hot dog. The family who runs it is pleasant and the service was really good. Wings are breaded so if watching carbs know it in advance. They made really good dishes for us. It was clean and they do have a TV. read more

I've tried many pizza places in Nazareth and Bethlehem and nothing was really up to my standards. That is until we tried Sorella's! They really make THE best Margherita in the Valley! Their pain cheese is also fantastic! We lived in Manhattan for 15 years and I'm Sicilian, so when it comes down to pizza, I'm extremely picky! Absolutely fabulous food prepared by a really fabulous guy. The owner Joe takes extreme pride in what he does and it shines through in his food and how he treats his customers. Straight off the boat from Italy he brings the taste of their country to our backyard. By far my favorite pizza in all of Lehigh Valley...in particular the margarita style. IT IS THE BOMB!!! Don't bother going to this place. Was told 20 min for pick up. Took 40 minutes. Half of the food was ready while the rest was still being cooked. Garlic knots were dry & overcooked. We weren't given any sauce for the meat Stromboli or garlic knots. The meatballs were burnt on the outside & lacked any flavor. read more
