He also helped out my husband out with an exchange. We had gone to a previous 5.11 at a different location and the other associate gave some recommendations for our exchange issue on his pants. These did not remedy the issue and actually made it slightly worse. Not totally his fault, as he was just trying to help out. But all in all, super happy with our experience today. Mark absolutely saved it for myself and my husband, 100%. He was eager to help, personable, had great product knowledge, and efficient! What puts the store over the top, though, is the sales staff. I've NEVER gone in the store and not had A1 sales service . . . period. The guys and girls are sensitive to what I'm looking for, quick to respond to my tastes, and they don't take things "offensively". Some stores get offended with "I really don't like that", but these guys, they smile, they take whatever I don't like away, and are back with something closer to my tastes QUICKLY! They don't try to push a style or a brand. They push ME to get what I WANT. They put their efforts into finding what I WANT instead of trying to convince me something I don't want is what I need. I really like that. I shop there for my wife, my son, and me. I will admit that some of the clothing there is overly "trendy" for someone past the age of 40 BUT, given a little input, the sales people there will find something appropriate (but still pretty "hip") for about anyone.
