I was glad to see apologies and much warmer treatment afterward, but our initial interaction had already affected what should have been a nice family breakfast. Thankfully, a second server eventually took care of us and our experience with her was much better. We ultimately waited around another 40 minutes for our food. I'm not writing this because I expect special treatment. I expect the same basic courtesy given to every other guest.
