Paul saved my child…read more Story time: I was with my two kids and we were getting ready to leave for my oldest's gymnastics class. Before I buckled my 2.5 year old in his car seat, I placed the keys in his cup holder. At some point while buckling him, the doors auto-locked. I did not realize that happened until after I closed the door -- unfortunately, with the keys still in the cup holder. As you can imagine, I panicked. Luckily, the van was parked in a partially shaded spot. However, the sun was shining through the windshield. I imagined the interior slowly heating up. Immediately, I called the nearest locksmith, A-Able Locksmith. I spoke with Paul and told him it was an emergency. I also called 911 because I wasn't sure how long it would take Paul to get there. To my surprise, he actually showed up before the fire dept arrived! And in seconds, he got my son out of the car. I am so thankful for Paul and will never forget how he saved my son.

Despite that, I had him come over to fix my lock. It was a quick rekey and I was good to go. He even went above and beyond and gave me another copy of my key at no cost. I needed the knobs and deadbolts changed on three doors. I also needed them keyed the same. I was thinking of doing this myself but I thought maybe they will do a better job than I would, and maybe these "Medium security" locks are something that I was unfamiliar with and would be cool for my home. And, I figured I'd save some time by having a locksmith do it. The tech showed up and got right to work. There was no written estimate. My bad, life lesson learned there. I had three knobs and three deadbolts changed. It cost me $1000. UNCONSCIONABLE. The locks that were provided can easily be purchased at any hardware store. They aren't special. The work that was done can easily be done by anybody with functioning upper extremities and a screwdriver. And FYI, most hardware stores will rekey locks, many of them for free. I am a little frustrated, I feel like an idiot, and now I have a lot less money. If that is how you want to feel too, call this company.

The customer service was great…read more They were really responsive over the phone and had agreed to replace my key even though they were about to close. When I reached, they happened to have about two customers before but they still assisted me. Also as a heads up, the kiosk near Dick's sporting goods is only open on the weekends. You should park near the Burlington Factory side if you are coming on a weekday. That will make it much easier to get to your car to program the key. I was in and out of the mall in about 45 min, they offered me a fair price compared to the dealership, and my key works great now!
