I went to visit their office early on a Saturday morning and was greeted by a familiar voice, who introduced himself as Danny. He and another representative in the office were assisting clients so he asked me to have a seat. When Danny completed his work for his client, he had me sit with him so we could discuss the reason for my visit. He explained everything in detail and then transferred me to Jason, the other representative, who would be able to assist me with other aspects of my requests. And Jason was absolutely fantastic! I had no shame in dumping every complicated detail on him as he tackled them all by re-organizing and resolving every issue with precision, concision, and professionalism. I'm writing this review because close to a year after my initial visit, I had changed vehicles and needed to update my auto insurance policy. Instead of reaching out to Danny or Jason, I contacted my insurance company directly because it sounded pretty simple enough. After some time, I followed up with Jason and asked him to review my files.
