I work a full time job and cannot afford to make an appointment at 9:00am and not be seen until 11:30. Being so behind schedule so early in the morning is so DISRESPECTFUL to the patients. I mean, it's one thing if it happens every now and then, but every single appointment, something ain't right. When I did visit this clinic it was monthly, I was a patient for about 8 months then found another doctor, I am in and out if the new doc's office in no time, I have never waited more than 7 or 8 minutes in the waiting room. Patients have a life and do not want to sit in a waiting room for 2.5 hours with sick people coughing and sneezing. The doctor has to see patients and be exposed on a daily basis but I schedule appointments so I can get in and out quickly. I am not sure how this office won The Official Community Choice Award Best of Bay, I just can't see how that happened with the experiences I had waiting so long in the waiting room.

This morning, someone from the office called to confirm, but shortly after, I received an email saying the appointment was moved to 4:00 without any discussion with me. It's now almost 4:30, and no one has joined the telehealth call. I've tried contacting the office, but their voicemail says they are closed. It's difficult to recommend a doctor when you're unable to receive the care you need.

I was highly impressed with the professionalism of Donnie and was happy to hear about the humanitarian work he had done in both Honduras and the Dominican Republic. I was also impressed to find out Donnie had served in the air force for 27 years! During the appointment, Donnie immediately alleviated my husband's pain and prescribed medicine to help him recover. They sent the prescription electronically to our pharmacy, allowing the pharmacy to go ahead and get the prescription ready for us while we drove to the pharmacy. This was very convenient and a big time saver. I highly recommend this location.
