The Truth About Tim Murphy: What Kind of Attorney Fights to Keep a Family Apart?"…read more I'm a father of three, raising my children, running my own businesses, and doing everything I can to keep my family strong. But right now, I'm fighting an uphill battle in the courtroom -- not just against bias, but against an attorney named Tim Murphy, who has taken it upon himself to block a father's relationship with his daughter and stop siblings from seeing one another after over three and a half years of separation. Let me be very clear: I am a pro se litigant, meaning I don't have an attorney. I've been navigating this legal system on my own, trying to do what's right for my children. I've never stopped fighting for them. I've never stopped loving them. And through all this, I've had custody of my other two children. They've grown up together with their sister -- and now, because of courtroom tactics and delay games, they're being kept apart. Meanwhile, Tim Murphy -- an attorney paid by a party who, to my knowledge, has never been able to afford him without help -- has shown no interest in fairness or family unity. Instead, he's: * Weaponizing attorney fees as a form of punishment because I won't back down. * Using social media photos of me to paint false narratives in court. * Actively fighting to prevent siblings from seeing each other -- something that's morally wrong and emotionally devastating. * Distorting my character in court while ignoring the fact that I've supported his client in the past when they were struggling. Even worse, he's trying to extract money from me under the claim that I'm "fit enough to pay," while I'm just a father doing my best to protect what matters most: my kids. I've seen many things in court, but I've never seen a man fight so hard to oppress a father, to block innocent children from growing up with their sister, and to misuse his position to stretch out a case for financial gain. I was even forced into a plea just to avoid being separated from my children -- and I'm now working to reverse it because it was never just, never fair, and never reflected the truth of my life. If you're considering hiring Tim Murphy, ask yourself this: Is this the kind of person you want representing you -- someone who attacks a parent instead of seeking a resolution? Someone who would drag out a custody case just to get paid? I speak only from my experience, and every word of this is true to what I've lived. I'm a real father. My children are real. And the damage being done is real. Do not hire this man. Do not empower him to hurt another family. This is my truth -- and I will stand by it.
