Kim is very knowledgeable about nail, and genuinely cares about your nail health by explaining stuff in detail. She also takes the time to make sure that your nails are healthy and neat to present the best-looking nail design. I was also overwhelmed by the many gel colors and designs. Staff in between clients could clean stations but instead can be seen sleeping in salon chairs or playing on phones. I quit going last fall due to overall lack of cleanliness....went back a couple weeks ago to see if they had improved. It's WORSE! Rings from coffee/drinks are sticky and at stations, flies were buzzing around, and layers of nail dust covered the station where I was asked to sit for a manicure. I actually had to brush the seat off from previous persons nail debris before sitting. It's so sad when such a formerly nice salon does not maintain even basic cleanliness standards. I wont be back!
