Incredible service quality, family attitude, and low prices. Rush hour on Friday afternoon on Interstate, 95 degrees and others told me they could not get to me until Monday, or certainly not until Saturday, others said three hours (too late for tire service companies); OST said one hour because he was working an accident, was there in 45 minutes, instead of tow, he changed my tire, on a Tesla, while his body was half into the lane ["we get paid to live dangerously"], and could have charged me double, but charged only standard rate, with a smile. Saved my life. These are good people to work with. My new favorite towing company in the Metro East. read more

Broke down half way through our 10 hr return trip home. Kids were freaked, dig was a mess and I was at my wits end. The only reason I gave one star is because I had too. I am starting a suit against this company they charge outrages prices and charge you to store your car because they don't want to be open to allow you to get it out. They also charge different rates when your car is towed by the police and when you call them on your own. The discriminate against criminals and race. And I have a witness for that as well. If you don't have to use them please don't. You will be saved a lot of money. read more

They told me twice, once on the phone and once in person, that they would put the keys in the over night dropped box at the place they were towing to. The drivers had been to that location many times before and insured me the keys would go in the box with my name on the keys. I called the mechanic the following day and was told they didn't even know the car was there till I called. Apparently they dropped my car off at the very far end of the parking lot, rowed my window down and left my keys in the car. And this cost me $98!!! I would rather push my car 15 miles before I ever use this company again. read more

Very disappointed in their lack of customer service and follow up. Fellow consumers, I have a word of caution about this towing company. They were sent to tow my car by my insurance company in January of 2019. Tow went fine but when I got my car back, they had failed to replace the tow door to my car. Dealership which did repairs declined to take responsibility since they say it is thier job to repair car and tow driver job to make sure he put everything back where it belongs. Unfortunately since I was not driving the car much I did not notice right away that there was a small square hole in the back of my expensive imported sports car. O' Fallon Shiloh towing used the delay in identifying their oversite as an excuse to avoid responsibility for the incident. Now I am stuck taking time out of my day to go to body shop for estimate for insurance investigation to replace tow door (which must also be painted to match the car) and I have to pay for this out of pocket now that my claim is denied. O Fallon Shiloh towing is saying "maybe the door fell off". In my view if they had reattached it properly this would not be an issue. Probably, they just did not put it back on at all. In any case, if you use these guys, go over your car with a microscope. They will do everything in their power to avoid rectifying any problems you may find and if it has been more than a week or so you can wrap it up. I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone and in fact will go out of my way to make sure that anyone I care about uses someone else who has proper regard for their customers and is interested in making things right when you have played a role in a bad outcome for your client. This company is great and helped get us back on our way when we got a flat on the highway. From the time we called them until the time the gentleman got there was only about 15 minutes. He quickly changed our tire and we were back on our way. He was extremely polite and friendly. read more
