They also did a free diagnostic and were able to show me on screen what's going on. Pictures included. They offer shuttle service if you need it, snacks, and drinks upon waiting. They apologized on my wait time going over than expected. ( given valid reasoning) very nice staff. Complimentary water with coaster in the car when you're services are completed.

Not wanting to take a chance with a 740 mile drive ahead of me, I looked up the highest rated ASE Mechanic in the area and that was Bruce's Auto Repair. Although he was swamped with business, the owner took time to test drive my car and tighten some things up, so I could safely get back home and have my local ASE mechanic check it out. While he didn't charge me despite my protests, I'd say that by the number of cars being repaired or waiting to be repaired his rates are reasonable. I'm back in LA now, but If I still lived in the O'Fallon, IL area, Bruce's Auto Repair would definitely be my mechanic!

I took it to two other mechanics they all agreed not only was it NOT the timing chain but that the timing chain is in excellent condition. It was simply a vacuum component. When I returned to this shop, Full Circle, Michael restated that it was the timing belt and he knew this because he heard it before replacing my valve. I asked him did he hear it after replacing the valve he said he didn't listen for it. No way! You don't look over your work after completing it. He said my car was going to break down if I didn't fix it. He also recommended I replace my breaks and tires which are barely eighteen months old. TRUST ME, you do not want to take your car here.
