Inside there are rare gems to find. Kathie let us know if we didn't find what we were looking for she could have something custom ordered. Lucky for us we found a few items already there. We had been in search for a jute rug. At pottery barn, the typical jute 8 × 10 runs for a little more than a thousand dollars. We found a beautiful jute rug with orange rust accent threading to match our couches for far less than what is priced at pottery barn and the quality of rug was not sacrificed. We also bought some artwork from them. A pretty large piece for a very reasonable price. I attached all the pictures. Favorite little touch: they sell small products like lotions and candies that are made locally and are organic Thank you Kathie for your hospitality and we will be popping in to add more pieces to our home.

The minute we walked in, we said hello, but we got no response back. I didn't walk out because my son was pretty excited to take me shopping there. But I didn't know that he noticed as well. We looked around for a little bit. They do have really nice stuff that I wanted to purchase, but I decided not to give that establishment my money. When we walked out, my son was in front of me. He had a bag with other stuff that he purchased at other stores, and the lady was just looking at him up and down, like if my son took something. I turned around, looked at her, and said 'you have a good day.' Once again, she didn't respond. She made us feel super uncomfortable.

We were looking specifically for mirrors and decor to add to our home. There were mirrors on sale for 20% off the marked down price, but unfortunately, it didn't match with the color scheme we wanted for the room. Brianna, I believe, that' her name, was so helpful showing me all the mirrors that they had in their shop. The one I truly loved was $249, a bit out of my price range of what I wanted to spend, but it was lovely nonetheless. The employees here are so helpful and friendly. We definitely will be back to shop here again.

As soon as I walked in, I went straight to the counter to look at the beautiful brooches. One employee was helping another customer, so I patiently waited. When she finished, she looked directly at me, rolled her eyes, whispered something to another employee, and walked away without acknowledging me. I continued browsing the store for about 27 minutes. During that time, another employee appeared to follow me around the store, making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Meanwhile, I noticed other customers being greeted warmly and offered assistance as they entered. I never received a hello, a welcome, or even a simple "Can I help you?" I had every intention of purchasing one of the beautiful brooches, but after being ignored, stared at, and made to feel unwelcome, I decided not to spend my money there. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of who they are. Unfortunately, my experience left me disappointed, and I hope the management addresses how customers are treated in the future.

You would think the company would take more ownership and accountability for providing me with a damaged product.
