Located in the Mountain Grove Plaza. Plenty of parking in front. Once you walk inside, you get a whiff of the spring collection scents. I just loved it! I bought the Fresh scent, You can't have a rainbow if you don't have a little rain. It was so refreshing. This was our first time here. We were looking specifically for mirrors and decor to add to our home. There were mirrors on sale for 20% off the marked down price, but unfortunately, it didn't match with the color scheme we wanted for the room. Brianna, I believe, that' her name, was so helpful showing me all the mirrors that they had in their shop. The one I truly loved was $249, a bit out of my price range of what I wanted to spend, but it was lovely nonetheless. The employees here are so helpful and friendly. I absolutely love this store. I would definitely come more often if there was one in my area. They have the best home décor. A lot of their items are different style than you would see at other stores. Not to mention when you walk in it smells amazing. They have the best candles here. And they usually have specific candles discounted as their candle of the week. I also love their fragrance sachets fragrance sachet's. They have everything from bathroom accessories to kitchen accessories to furniture. If you sign up for their email they also give you periodic discounts and coupons. This particular location that I visited today had everything I need Ed and the customer service was great. They also are still requiring masks in the store and the employees are wearing them as well. So if you're in the area I would definitely recommend stopping by You won't be disappointed. read more

I love coming here, it is easy to get here, parking is plentiful, and the store itself is always clean and well organized. Some of the items are a little overpriced, I remember when I used to go to the location in Victoria Gardens everything was always super cheap. That being said, they do have nice things and I don't mind paying. Plus on the bright side, it always seems like they always have a coupon of some sort running. I went in today and found exactly what I was looking for (and then some... they have really cute Easter décor out right now!). My mom and I were helped out by a gentleman, I believe his name is Ron (he is tall with salt and pepper hair and glasses). He was so friendly and pleasant, just like the other times when we have come in. My mom had a couple of questions and he was able to help her out and gave knowledgeable answers. He cracked a little joke while ringing is up, so it was nice to end our shopping trip with a laugh! Thanks for making our shopping trip a delightful one, I'm certain we will be back soon! read more

I placed a buy online pick up in store order around 9am. After 11am, I noticed that I never received an order confirmation to my email so I decided to call the store around 11:15am. When the employee (store manager) answered the phone, I explained that I was calling to confirm that the store actually received my order because I never received an email confirmation and I wanted to make sure it went through given technology isn't always the greatest. She immediately said oh no, I haven't even begun reviewing those orders due to being too busy and we have customers in the store so I will get to them at some point today. She sounded very irritated at me. I then re-explained myself that I wasn't calling to ask if my order had been fulfilled, that I understood they had only been open for about an hour at that point. She still didn't seem to understand what I was saying and at this point, I found her tone rude and not very pleasant so I preceded to explain that maybe I wasn't explaining myself clearly giving her an attitude back because if she would slow down and listen, she would get what I was communicating. Finally, she then confirmed my order was there and I thanked her. Skip forward to around 3PM, I found it odd that I still didn't have any emails with updates on my order. I went onto the Kirklands website and MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED. I received no email or a call from the store to let me know. I then decided to call the store back and the same woman (store manager) answered the phone and said that she "personally cancelled" my order due to the morning customers buying the remaining stock of the garland that I purchased and that the customers in the store have first come first serve on all merchandise. Here's the thing, I understand the email issue isn't the store's issue; they seriously need to upgrade their software. But what upsets me is that I placed my order before the store actually opened, therefore, the first come first serve statement should mean that I should have received those items considering the store wasn't even when I placed my order. It's absolutely a terrible planning that a store doesn't have an employee first thing in the morning fulfill online orders. What was the most upsetting was this store manager's customer service, tone and lack of empathy. I don't shop at Kirklands often and this experience definitely was not a good experience and this store manager needs to evaluate her customer service skills. read more

There are so many more items available, and the displays are professionally and wonderfully put together. I had cut way back on going to the store because it was sadly outdated and looked like an outlet store, but now I stop in regularly. Recently, a display was so nicely done that I bought the whole thing because I could see it working in my home. It is just too smelly!!! I have been in twice and both times my eyes watered and I had to hold a kleenex over my nose. Why are they spraying perfume around the store? I bought a picture and the store perfume permeated my car all the way home. I put the picture outside for 5 days to try to erase the smell. I may have to bring it back, I am sure they literally spray all their home goods. I could even smell it in my hair - like when you smell bar smoke after a night out. I love Kirkland. They have really good quality home decor at good prices. My friend and I just went there to shop and my friend had to use the restroom, which they usually have open, but because of Covid, they would not allow her to use it. How can you allow someone to come into your store, shop and touch all the merchandise, not not allow that paying customer to use your restroom? I'm highly confused and annoyed! Store has some good reviews but I think it's other customer's opion. Store has quite a bit of nice home decor, prices are not too bad. Staff seems ok. I only found one young man who works there on the sales floor to be very helpful, polite and knows quite a bit about the store items. I can't say that for all employees there though. Managers seem a little prejudice on some customers who come in the store and I've seen how they treat their employees with favoritism and that is very unprofessional on many levels. Why would Kirlands a Christian based store allow staff to conduct themselves in such a manner? Everyone should be treated fairly, everyone deserves respect. read more

I stopped in to this store today around 4pm today. There were 3 cars in the parking lot, thus they were not busy. I walked in and was not greeted, although an employee was staring directly at me. Another customer walked in after me and was greeted. As I was looking around at the Christmas items, specifically looking for 2 particular monogrammed stockings. I was not able to find another, so I asked that same staring employee if there were more for which she slightly cut me off & rudely told me that was all they had. No offer to look in the back, look online or call another store. I am assuming she was a supervisor or manager as she was bossing another employee around. I was so put off by her rudeness and lack of customer service that I left. Kirklands please require that your managers treat your customers with better customer service. I absolutely did not feel welcome. And again there were 3 cars in the parking lot, thus NOT BUSY! I thought stores need the $ support, especially post COVID. read more

As a former employee, I urge people to shop elsewhere. I was in management and doing a fabulous job. I had the highest sales and earned the employee of the month several times. I was told I would be given a raise. Then suddenly,, I was terminated. For the most ridiculous reason., working off the clock, removing a box, that a customer could have slipped on. I put in almost two years of dedication, loyalty, lots of hard work into a company who could care less about their employees. My manager lied to me. He had another manager that he preferred that cane back after sick leave. She didn't like me, I was more knowledgeable than her in home decor and ranking up in sales. She and my manager worked together in getting rid of me. The ironic thing, my manager was telling me he was going to get fired, he was playing me He told me not to sign my termination papers, because my firing was so unfair? He said it was none of his doings, it was corporate. He also gave me an amazing letter of recommendation for employment, upon handing me my termination papers. Called the store to find out if I could return something I ordered online that came slightly damaged. Or if they had it in stock could I exchange. She said I don't know if you can return but you can exchange. I said ok so do you have the item I am asking about. All her response was I don't know. I don't know. Clearly I knew she wasn't going to check and nor did she offer. So I'll keep what I have and hope I can fix it myself. Also don't just answer the phone on hold with hello. I think this is one of my new favorite stores. I was out visiting my mother the other day and she brought me in to the store. I loved all of the little Christmas sections. We were greeted and helped by one of your managers Kimberly. Not only was she friendly and helpful but she was helping everyone. In my moms words you have a real " gem" in her. I can't wait to go back. She told me to take pictures of the room I'm redecorating and she will help me again with that room. She was also very helpful with helping us with our new Christmas items that we didn't know we both needed. We walked out with a couple of bags each, and we were just going to look around. I kept my hand covered over my mouth and nose to diffuse the scent a little, but I began getting a headache and my eyes were burning. After 10 minutes of shopping, I had to leave. I purchased a small console table online. It came damaged in more than one place but I didn't want to deal with the hassle of having to return it to the store. Fast forward to 2 months later the support beam (that I glued back on) was falling off and I was worried that it would just end up collapsing. I went to the store and the manager that was there was extremely helpful! (Don't remember her name but blonde woman) She helped me unload it from my car and then return my damaged item and purchase a new one (a different style and model). She then went on to retrieve the box from the back, placed it on a dolly, and helped me load it back in my car. I was originally upset that my first table was so damaged that I refused to shop Kirklands again, but thanks to the service I received today I will be back! The store was also in tip top shape! Beautifully organized and clean. It was easy to shop and from the items that I browsed everything was clearly labeled. The smell that these other reviews talk about has to be from those little scented packets near the register. I guess you can't make everyone happy, better than walking into a stinky store. read more

Been there 3 times and when trying to purchase something always,always ends up being a problem with the price! I was there a few days ago and wanted to purchase two items green tagged on three shelves of items that stated last chance 80% off, with the sign showing retail price and price with 80% discount green tagged items only. When I went to cash register, sales associate looked at other associate and asked if they were still just taking cash. The other associate shook her head yes, no other explanation given. She rang up my items, no discount. I explained that they were on the 80% off shelves. She told me that discount was for florals only. We walked over and checked it out, on three shelves full of items with green tags there were 2 single stalk flowers in very bad shape discreetly amongst the other items and sure enough on the sign (at the bottom) it said florals. I asked the associate if she didn't think that putting their 80% off green tagged items florals next to green tagged items that weren't on sale was somewhat deceiving not to mention confusing. I received the "eye roll" and "it just happens, sale items get put together all the time". I sent a message to corporate and received "we are so sorry, sending this message onto management, Yada yada,yada. I would love to send them a letter from my bank stating that they are passing the letter onto their tellers and telling them not to release any of my funds to their establishment due to poor management!!! Yikes the strength of the fragrance they put in this store is on full blast. It's smells like someone just sprayed perfume in your face: except that full blast moment is on repeat and consistent throughout the stores. Not a store for anyone with a sensitive nose. First, I must say that this one of my favorite stores to shop at online as well as in the store. Unfortunately, I can't find an online Kirklands link to place an absolutely TERRIBLE review. So, the Redlands store location will be receiving the brunt of this review. I placed an order for some curtains back on November 22, 2016. I had the panels shipped to the store as I figured I'd receive them fairly quickly since I have done this with other items. FYI...NEVER EVER HAVE ITEMS SHIPPED TO THE STORE!!! It has been a total of 6+ weeks since I placed this order and I have yet to receive my curtains. I have called the store many times and emailed the online representatives several times and all that I get is the run around. First, the employees in the store have blamed the shipping company (E Commerce which a third party shipping company apparently...not even Kirkland themselves). The explanation that I was given regarding their ship to store process is absolutely ridiculous. About a week ago, I finally received an email notification that my order had shipped and would be there today. I called today and guess what...only 5 boxes came in and my order is not there. The status for my order has been changed to REPLACED vs Shipped on my online account info . Who was going to tell me this? Neither the store or the online company notified me!!!I I was told today that my order would be in next Thursday. Do I believe them...not a chance! I demanded Kirklands to send my order to my home immediately, which seems only fair. I feel that I deserve a full refund on top of the curtains now. I am so sad and disappointed with my experience. It has made me want to never shop at Kirklands again. I will definitely never purchase a thing online. I am so sorry that the store employees have had to deal with the brunt of these many complaints. Well, I just shopped at Home Goods hunting for the perfect lamp to place on my Mother's antique Singer sewing machine. I left Home Goods without a lamp and decided to stop at Kirkland's. Let me tell you, I found the perfect lamp along with a few extra awesome items and I will definitely be shopping​ there again. Kirklands is tucked around the corner from Old Navy but more across from 24 Hour Fitness. It is not as busy as Hobby Lobby and the gal behind the counter was so attentive, she could become your best friend in a few moments. It is hard to find customer service like that anymore. read more

I order 2 lamps in January 2017 as ship to store. On January 22, 2017 I received an email saying the lamps were being shipped to the store in Redlands. By the 2nd week of February I still had not heard about my order, I emailed Kirklands, twice, email back they received it, still no response. I message them after I called the Redlands store to see if the order had arrived, received a response that their "team" would look into the matter. Well 2 weeks later, nothing. I finally called the 800 number on 2/24/17 to cancel the order and to get my money back I spoke to Carrie, she said it would take 3-7 days to get my refund, but first she had to call the store to cancel the order and she had to speak to her supervisor. As of 03/5/17, still no refund. I decided to pursue it further and I am filing a compliant with the FTC. Horrible customer service, no product received and they took my money. read more

Love this place. So glad there is one close to me now. I have been to this location numerous times and Kandice has helped me. And another tall pretty girl forgot name. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She has made the experience easy and fun.But pretty much all staff has been great.The smell is always amazing I cant believe they come from those packets. The restrooms have always been clean and tidy. Stock is sometimes very low, but I assume because they sell out so fast. My only flaw is I wish they would have shopping carts!!!! Id choose this location over Moreno Valley, Fontana, and Rancho anytime! read more
