Only good things to say about this company. Service is great, price seems reasonable, shuttles are timely. We've used this as long-term parking several times for all different lengths of time. The service is great, from the first greeting to the shuttle driver, to the last goodbye. The longest we've waited to leave the lot was maybe 10 minutes. The longest we've waited for a shuttle at the airport was also maybe 10 minutes. The distance from the airport to the lot is also 10 minutes. Basically, there's not a lot of waiting. This last trip was a work trip and I recommended this company to my coworkers. I think 10 of us used the service to and from the airport. Everyone was happy. We had a long, delayed flight and we were happy to have this reliable shuttle service at the end of our trip and our cars were brought to us very quickly. Lastly, I also talked with a woman I didn't know on the shuttle to the airport. She regularly uses this service and loves this company. She had nothing but amazing things to say. Tonight their driver drove right by us - we were in The correct spot 2E and we waved and he pulled over - we were behind the van to wait to have our bags loaded and the driver pulled away - we called and the driver told the dispatch we weren't there. Our travel plans changed at the last minute so we needed parking for an outbound flight at O'Hare. We booked this location while driving to the airport. Very reasonable price as well as valet covered parking. I've read compliance about the demeanor of the employees, but honestly everything went without a hitch. The drop off and pick up at the airport was seamless as well. This was my first time using Bluesky, but based on the experience it's definitely something I'll consider again. read more

Ripping people off with cost. Just picked up our vehicle today. We were charged $92.33 for a Friday through Monday reservation which I was okay with. I ended up having to extend our reservation by one day, until Tuesday, today, same pick-up time. When I went in the office to pay for the additional day I was charged $96.95 for one additional day. More than I paid for the initial 4 days. I questioned the cost for this extra day and he said "that is the charge." Not only was he extremely rude but totally unprofessional. I should have read the reviews before parking here! Twice we've parked here but never again. Twice we've returned from the airport after waiting 20 minutes for the pickup van to have to wait another 20 minutes for our car. Every customer that got off of our van had their car waiting for them. While we waited for our car, another van full of customers arrived from the airport and they all had their cars within a few minutes while we still waited. The workers told us they were very busy and we just had to wait. He then muttered under his breath and walked away. The workers are rude and they don't care!!!!! For a few dollars more, I will go across the street to PreFlight where you self park and then self checkout. No waiting for anyone to bring your car to you. Blue Sky is simply terrible. read more

We've parked here many times but this last time will be our last. The level of unprofessionalism and rudeness was unforgiving. I was traveling with my six year old and husband. Our plane landed late- 11:30pm. We called Blue Sky when we were in baggage claim. We told them we were in terminal 1 and had to make it to pickup at terminal 2A. when we got there we waited 20 minutes and no one came. When I called they said they left us because we took too long. No phone call. Just left us. When we got upset they made excuses and were rude saying it was our fault for taking too long and they can't wait. Which is untrue from all of our other experiences. The workers were beyond rude. We would have sat at terminal 2 for an indefinite amount of time at midnight with our small child if we didn't call. And when I called upset they were nasty and hung up on me. Then took another 25 minutes to come. They are scum. read more

Do not park here and here's your warning. They are unprofessional, rude, and not friendly. The drivers could careless and would be anywhere else in the world except driving you to and from the airports. The parking attendants are angry and mean and will yell at you and I've been yelled at multiple times for just trying to park my car so I could get out! Service has went downhill over the years and they are not friendly and will not work with you if there any issues. Again consider this your warning and stay far away from this place. Not good at all. There are plenty of other options to park at which will have better shuttle drivers, better price, and a friendly atmosphere. I've been parking here for years and the last straw was when I guilt tripped into giving a tip to my driver when I only travel alone. We've used them several times - generally to mediocre service (generally grumpy folks, not super friendly, longer waits for shuttle service, etc). However, it was an inside service with valet parking at a reasonably process. However, on our most recent trip our newer vehicle showed on the app that it had been driven offsite while we were out of the country. This wouldn't have been a needed action to just relocate the car, but it was taken entirely offset. When we returned the car was in good condition, however the dash cam had also been unplugged. So - you get a covered valet space at a decent price (at O'Hare) however, beware lousy service, longer than usual wait times (we watched preflight come and go 4 times which is located across the street) a vehicle being moved off property and a dash cam being unplugged. read more

They are so rude and take advantage of any miner mistake. On accident I didn't change the time from a.m. to p.m. and they charged me a big fee. They had the flight number and the airline. They knew dam well when I would arrive. When I asked about the extra charge, I got a very rude response. I was told too bad you didn't come at the time on his sheet so I must pay. I had a terrific experience. I was gone for three days, and my SUV was in perfect shape, and the odometer reading was identical to when I left it. When I arrived, after a long day, 2 1/2 hour delay, my car was there and was already started for me. The drivers were very engaging and kind. As a woman traveling by myself, I was not sure about using the service. But it was perfect. I felt very cared for and very safe. I would absolutely use them again. It took a whole lot of stress out of my travel. Nosh was a terrific shuttle driver, assuring me as I left my car with them for the first time. He was very kind and engaging. Drop off was smooth and easy. Friendly customer service people came right up to us, carried our bags to the shuttle and we left almost immediately on the shuttle after arriving on site. It was a bit difficult to find the shuttle after our flight landed. The instructions weren't super clear, but once we found where we were supposed to be, the shuttle was right there waiting for us. I started using this parking facility when Ace parking went out of business. They randomly will change the prices according to the weather and their capacity. We were quoted one price when we dropped off the car but "due to snow storm" they increased the daily price. No one around here wears a mask. They move your car and they reek of cigarette smoke. When I got my car back it smelt like an ashtray. I parked here multiple times. They are raising their rates to compete with PreFlight across the street. We have already made the move to PreFlight and it is such a nicer facility, polite staff, clean and well run. Imagine coming home from a wonderful, relaxing vacation in the Dominican Republic to find out that your car has been rammed and the front of it literally destroyed. Well that's what happened to me on July 19, 2021, when I discovered that an O'Hare Blue Sky Parking employee backed one of their shuttles into the front of my Audi A5 Sportback. And do you think I was informed about the accident, which resulted in $12,000 in damages, as soon as I arrived back at their facility from O'Hare? Of course not! They made sure I paid the $120 parking first and then proceeded to take me to my car and inform me that there was a "minor accident" involving one of their vehicles and my Audi. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR WITH O'HARE BLUE SKY PARKING!! Three weeks after the accident, I received my car back after it was repaired at a local body shop. Yes, O'Hare Blue Sky Parking admitted 100% fault for the accident because how could they not; I wasn't even in the car or on the premises when it occurred! And yes, their insurance covered the damages, but do you think O'Hare Blue Sky Parking refunded me the $120 parking fee; absolutely not! After repeatedly calling to try to speak with a manager for a refund, because of course one wasn't present the night of the accident, I was given the runaround, and no one from O'Hare Blue Sky Parking even reached out and followed up with me after the accident to make sure that I was okay and everything was being resolved. I repeat, DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR WITH O'HARE BLUE SKY PARKING!! This is a company that I will NEVER do business with ever again and I strongly suggest you don't as well! read more

We had a really great experience. We made the reservation online, pulled in, and left our car similar to a valet system. We immediately got onto a shuttle with less than a 5 minute wait for others. Transportation went smooth....when we returned, we let them know what door we were at and the shuttle was there to get us within 4 minutes. Arriving back to the garage, our car had already been pulled up and ready to go! Will definitely use them again. We also opted for indoor parking but could have done outdoor too. read more

I do not recommend the parking garage. The staff is rude and extremely unprofessional. I called the number provided because I saw the van ride pass me an my group. The gentleman who answered the phone was rude and unprofessional. His response to me was "Can you read-Read the instructions on the paper and then he hung up the phone on me" Mind you it is 1:00 in the morning and my friends and I were simply trying to get back to our car safely. I parked my car here for the first time, and upon my return they took one hour to get me back to the parking lot, then the guy at the front desk asked for my blue parking ticket for which I told him that the driver of the van took it from me as soon as I entered his van. They kept insisting that the driver must have given the ticket back to me where as in reality he never gave it back to me. The guy behind the front desk and several other employees surrounded me and kept asking me to check my pockets as if it will magically appear there. They wanted to extort more money from on the pretext of me losing my ticket. The front desk guy then asked for my ID and without my permission made a copy illegally. I've always had a good experience here. They take you to the airport promptly, and when I call to return I've always gotten a quick pick up. My car is ready when I get back. I like the fact that this is not a chain operation, and seems to be a family owned business. They are always respectful, and provide good service. That's why I I keep coming back. read more

I would not recommend this parking facility. They used my car to ferry a guy to another remote lot, listened to the radio quite loud and hung out in it before they moved my car. It gets interesting again around 10:05 because there's someone who gets in and starts listening to the radio. Around 13:00 driver starts moving the car and cranks the radio. 13:30 someone gets in and they start talking for a few minutes as they drive my car to where I'm guessing is a sort of remote lot. This all happened the same day I dropped it off as you see by the time stamp in the video. Once it was moved, my car stayed put until I called to have them pick it up again. I had a business trip to Paris that got rescheduled a few days prior to departure changing the duration, I emailed promptly to request modification of my reservation (since there is no phone in the email confirmation they send you), never heard from them until a week later and 3 days after my return! I've used other OHare parking and will not go back to Blue Sky, I chose them for the benefit of inside parking but their responsiveness and service leaves little to be desired. I called promptly after through customs and to baggage claim for a pickup, however when they arrived they wouldn't wait a few minutes for my travel companions who were just getting their luggage, instead had to wait an additional 45 minutes for pickup...which is not what you want after a 9 hour flight. Others are better and that's where I will go back to as I wouldn't recommend Blue Sky. read more

These guys seem to be slipping. I've been using them for several years but am going to try another provider the next time I travel. Several times this year I've had to wait 30+ minutes for their shuttle. It's extremely frustrating. Especially as you see other providers make multiple trips while you're standing by Door 1. Hey Guys! It's the Queen of parking garage reviews here and I'm happy to report I've found a keeper. Easy. AFFORDABLE. and an absolute godsend for ensuring I never have to take a cab to or from the suburbs when using O'Hare. I recently used O'Hare Bluesky Parking when I went away on a work trip and it was shockingly easy and stress free. I feel like in the future, I'll choose O'Hare Bluesky for airport parking over even bothering trying to mooch a ride off a friend. The place is so easy to get to, and only about 5 minutes from the airport. We pulled right in, got a business card with a number to call when our plane landed back at O'hare so a shuttle could come get us and then they loaded us into a large van to take us to our terminal. The whole thing from pulling into the garage to being at our gate took *maybe* 10 minutes (probably closer to 7) and our driver was so friendly and fun to talk to. We left on a Wednesday evening and while they seemed busy, we were the only ones in our shuttle as they seemed to be taking each car to their terminal individually, which is nice for not having to make pit stops at other people's gates. The rate was shockingly affordable at $8 per day if you don't care if your car gets parked outside, or $10 a day if you want your car parked inside. WAY better than some of the other places that were charges rates upwards of $50 a day. We opted for outside parking to save on the $2 a day because we're cheap and the car we were driving is probably only worth about $35 if you stripped it for parts and melted it down into something fancier, like a dozen or so ashtrays or something like that. It's just so easy to use that it almost seems suspicious, but I think it's just because they're such pros. I was beyond impressed with everything, though it's basically just a giant shed- no frills, and found it a huge relief that you don't have to call in advance to make a reservation or anything. Since O'Hare raised their rates on the closer long term parking I was on the hunt for a replacement. I decided to give O'Hare Bluesky Parking a try based on their website and cheap rates. The experience was good and I will be a repeat customer. The check-in and checkout process is a little hectic as there isn't a lot of order to pulling your car in or a clear path to get your car out of the building but that wasn't any major issue for me. There are signs guiding you in from 12 into a warehouse type building. They directed me to essentially just park my car anywhere. They greeted me, confirmed my reservation and loaded my luggage into a waiting shuttle. I headed over to the terminal after waiting less than 3 minutes from when I arrived. It was a short ride over and I was dropped off at my airline's ticketing area. Pickup is at the hotel/shuttle area which is clearly marked by O'Hare but a little bit of a hike (but this is where all of the parking guys pick up). I called the pickup number once I was in the baggage claim area and I would say I ended up waiting about 20-25 minutes total from my call until I was on a shuttle. A short ride back and my car was started and waiting for me. I settled my bill and drove out. I will be back. The only thing that I was unhappy with was waiting 20-25 minutes to get picked up but if I find this to be consistent I'll just start calling from the gate as I don't check luggage on business trips (which is the bulk of my travel.) In summary, this is a very good parking option for O'Hare. It's much cheaper than the O'Hare lots and generally faster than slogging your way in on the ATS or (worse) bus/ATS. The staff were friendly which is also a big plus. I've dealt with some real grumps in and around O'Hare. read more

I would stay away from this place. READ THE ONE STAR REVIEWS First time. Last time. All seemed fine at drop off. Shuttle to and from airport all good. Then get in car and drive away. Go to bring up Nav and blank screen. Hmm. Then I notice the cover for the SD card is popped loose. Look inside and the SD card is out. Push it back in and Nav comes on. This doesn't just happen. You have to make an effort to open the spot where the SD card sits. And why is it popped out? Something not cool going on here. Oh, and when I got in the car I noticed the key fob was not even for my car. My fob was in the visor with no tag on it. If I hadn't told the guy I would have driven off with someone else's fob and they wouldn't have been able to get their car. I wish I had checked the reviews. My normal place was booked and I was in a hurry, so I ended up here. NEVER AGAIN. read more

I've used this place a couple of times and haven't really been disappointed. They are easy to find, easy to get in, always have a shuttle bus. However, the wait for that shuttle to leave varies, so be sure to give yourself a little extra extra time to get to the airport. I've done the outside parking even in the winter and haven't had any issues. Getting back I've not had an issue, once no one answered the phone for pick up but fortunately the bus just happened to be there waiting, and the shuttle driver gave dispatch my number so that my car was waiting for me. The prices are very good considering. My biggest gripe was that I asked them to wash my car. Now, the weather hadn't been that bad or too cold. My car was filthy from a recent snow. The guy said ok, it will be washed for when you get back. When I got back, the car was not washed. The guy behind the counter was like uh yeah I'm not sure why it didn't get washed. Sorry. At least I didn't get charged for something, but I really wanted my car to get washed.... Maybe next time. read more

I just returned last night from an overnight in New York. My daughter drove her car and when we returned, I called to let the facility know that we were back. Well, the man at the desk, Tony, is the name that I was given swore at me twice and hung up the phone. They used to be really good, drivers are not bad . O'Hare Blue Sky Parking claimed that it was following Covid protocols on its website, including all personnel wearing masks. When we dropped off our car no one had a mask on, and when we picked up our car the driver did not have a mask. Super unhappy with this shuttle service. Got dropped off to the airport and realized I forgot my sunglasses. Called to see if they could just check in my car to see if they were there or if I could get a cab- they said they searched high and low for my sunglasses and they couldn't find them. I took a cab to their place, and they said they couldn't access my car. My glasses are prescription and I was going down south. Then when we got picked up the driver barely acknowledged us & drove like a crazy person the way back. I will not use this shuttle service again unless I have no other options. read more

Terrible service. They are more worried about filling the bus rather than the convenience of there customers. Our plane landed at 10:30pm. My husband and I got our luggage and proceeded to the shuttle area, where I was told to then call. It took them almost a half hour to pick us up and then the driver drove around until he completely had the shuttle filled. My car was stolen from this lot. I understand a lot of things can happen but the keys to my car were left on the windshield and the car was put outside. This was for a covered/indoor reservation too. Thanks to LoJack and the Schiller Park PD, we were able to locate my car on the south side of Chicago and the police had it towed to the city impound lot....at my cost of course. While there were numerous items removed from the car and damage due to some apparent joy-riding, the most insulting thing is that the management of Bly Sky has never returned my call or gotten back to me after trying to meet with them in person. The men who work there have always been courteous and friendly but I would be cautious if parking there. All I really wanted them to do was replace the key that they left on my windshield which made the theft possible. That's just negligent. The police had concerns that it may have been an inside job but I'd hate to believe that. Regardless, beware. read more
