Looks like it is probably a money laundering outfit. A run down building in an area common sense suggests you're not in Kansas anymore. That phrase doesn't quite fit, per my perspective of both of my last passings thru Kansas. A sketchy and un inviting address for sure. But upon retrieving my Honda Odyssey last night, no (ala Ferris Beuller odometer additions) personal use, or catalytic converter excisions, I was relieved to find the low fee was not a criminal enterprise. Pro: under $100 for a weeks parking. In Chicago, that's good. The cons: Already written of. The shuttle service wasn't white glove. NP. A bit unnerving but in the end, it also didn't require uncomfortable chit chat. The return instructions were a tad confusing, but because it was nearly midnight it was at least not prone to horrid traffic. But the man who picked my son and I simply pulled my suitcase, it was very heavy, and waved it my way. $10 tip for next nothing was probably both too little as well as $8 too much. When I turned around after loading both bags into my van I hadn't noticed, but when I finally did leave, I found that he had already split. I had a bag of food junk from last week to throw away. Office was locked and I was essentially alone. Gate was wide open. I hope he hadn't asked me to lock up, because I certainly didn't think it was my turn. Five stars no way. Four? I'm uncertain. For starters, I was charged extra upon check-in. I'm still unclear as to why. The valet is unreliable and inconsistent. They wait until their only car is full before they depart (first car left after 30 minutes). We used Uber. Also, there tends to be only one person in charge of driving and paperwork; so, we had to wait like 15 minutes for the driver to return from drop off for us to get our keys. They also tend to call more than normal for no reason. When I returned a phone call, I was told "what do you want?", "nobody called you," etc. The "free shuttle" is not valid and not worth the extra cost. read more

They deserve a ZERO!!! I checked in on 9/15 at 7am. My reservations originally booked to land at ohare on 9/19/21 at 12am. The man insisted I was coming into town on 9/20 & made me pay additional $15. I didn't feel like going back & forth with him abt it besides it's my birthday so I took the ticket & left! I get in today under 10:30pm & the man working said he can't find my car & if I have ticket which I advised him yes I do. Get picked up the man wants to argue abt why I didn't tell them to correct it. I told him the same reason why cause they don't LISTEN!!! I am the customer! I wish I can give them no starts for poor customer service!! This place was recommended to me when traveling out of O'hare airport and this was my first time using this garage. When I dropped me car off the process was smooth and easy. The guy checking us in could have had a little better customer service skills but I overlooked that because the process was fast and the shuttle to take us to our terminal was right there ready to go once we finished checking in. But I had a TOTALLY different experience returning. When we landed we followed the instructions and called Pride when we was in Terminal 5 at door 5D. They asked what car I had and then said they will have something come pick us up. Our plane landed at 6:30pm, I called for our pick-up at 7:10pm and shuttle did not make it to us until after 8pm!!! When it finally did arrive it was full and about 15 other ppl was out there waiting with us for the same pick-up!! The driver got out to force whatever bags he could in the back and two people squeezed their way in but not because they actually had somewhere to sit but because they was so cold from waiting so long that they said they refuse to wait any longer. In between all the swear words and complaints from the people still waiting for a pickup someone asks if he is the only shuttle driver and he says yes!!!‍ We have already waited almost an hour for him in the freezing cold and now he can't even tell us when the next pickup will be!! Ridiculous!! Long story short me and my husband had to take a taxi to the garage and when I asked if my $20 cab fair will be reimbursed I was told rudely by the garage clerk "no because the shuttle is free". I will never again use nor recommend this parking garage! Note to Pride: maybe you should make a schedule of who is returning, the day & time and plan your shuttle pickups by that. That way everyone that paid for their car to be in your lot is guaranteed a ride to AND from your garage without having to wait over an hour. Called from the airport and gave me wrong info for pickup spot. Then got to the parking lot and they were unable to locate keys for the vehicles that had blocked my car in for their valet service. Had to wait for 45 mins for a tow truck to come to move around vehicles to get my car out. read more

It took an hour to be picked up from the airport and the family in front of us had a GPS tracker on their vehicle and found that this place drove their car to a location several miles away. When they finally got their car after 1 1/2 hours it was filled with mud! The husband was furious and will also be filing a complaint, another problem is this owner has a "full" mailbox and doesn't answer calls! The family we met while waiting for the "shuttle" (A van with ripped seats) gave me their phone number in case we had a problem too. While we waited for 40 minutes, our truck arrived finally arrived and my husband questioned him as to why it took so long, he blamed my husband for having the two tickets which he handed to him when we dropped the truck off! With gas prices so high, they think they can relocate cars 45 minutes away? What a DUMP!!!! So if you need to use a parking garage that shuttles you to the airport, avoid this place! The driver was great. Got me to airport on time. When i returned 4 days later, I find that my Bluetooth speaker that I had hidden in the car, was missing. So obviously the person went searching through the car ! All they did was say they would look into the matter. Meaning what ? They were going to ask the employees which one of you ripped it off !?! The receptionist kept hanging up the phone before I was able to ask a question so I called back to just ask what shuttle belonged to their company because after waiting an hour I was still waiting for them to come when other companies picked up a total of 4 different groups compared to them with none. Then when I called back to see what was the hold up the receptionist said it's rude to call back multiple times instead of just saying they couldn't accommodate the pickup at the time. I will never use this company again because when I got to the place he was very rude as well when I explained that I just wanted to know what vehicle and where to meet at! When I got there no one was there. The building was locked. On the website there was a number that said was for shuttle. I didn't know it was also for the help desk. I ended calling the number. One person came. They were having problems with the internet. When he register a few people, he left the place unlocked and people were in the lobby, which made me uncomfortable. I have family all over the USA and am flying almost once a month which I have done for years now. I use Pride Parking ALL the time and have found them to be terrific. I never have to wait more than 5-10 minutes for the shuttle to the airport and usually less than 15 minutes to get picked up. My car is always there on time and in great condition. Sketchy looking lot, but it was the best price point so we decided to give it a try. The owner/manager lacked people skills but we were going to be gone for 10 days and this was affordable. In Thailand, we missed our flight home. I called and let them know 24 hours in advance that we would return 1 day later than initially planned. They said ok Upon arrival to Chicago, I let them know we were ready for our car to be brought to the airport and the owner/manager rudely informed me that would I would need to have $20 cash if I wanted my car back. I said "I was under the impression that the rate was $10/day and we were only adding 1 day". In a condescending tone, he said they charge a 10$ fee for changes to pick up. I agreed to go to an ATM but said it would have been nice to know about this fee up front. The owner became hostile with me on the phone and was demanding I have cash ready for him and then hung up. Then you wait for their shuttle . Beware , you May fall, out of this rattling piece of "shut your mouth". The driver is a mad man and comes so close to other vehicles you gasp for breath. It's rattle tattle all the way to the airport and once you get there it's by by baby. The 7 minute wait time for the shuttle when you return is a joke. Stay away!!! Left my car on a Saturday, picked it up on Monday, somehow, the distance between dropoff/pickup and storage is 52 miles round trip. Called and manager called me a liar. We called them at 11:30 when our flight landed and they said 10 minutes. 45 minutes later we called again, they apologized and said they had to get gas and said 7 minutes; 25 minutes later, after we told them we'll just get and Uber, they finally showed up with less than a quarter tank of gas in their van. I wish I could give this rating negative stars. The experience started out ok. We waited about 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive and take us to the airport. That wasn't too bad. The driver was very polite and helpful. The person working the counter was ok. He wasn't courteous but he wasn't rude either. He did try to pressure us to pay at the drop off but we said no. On the return we called to get picked up. The person was extremely rude on the phone. He instructed us to walk through the entire airport to go to a pickup spot. We refused and told him to pick us up outside of baggage claim. He was very rude about the request. When we were picked up there were two other parties waiting so I don't understand why he mad a big deal about our request. We had the same driver and again he was very polite and helpful. Once we got into our car we realized there were 10 miles put on it since we dropped it off. We had taken a picture of the odometer at drop off. We were not able to inspect the exterior of the vehicle at pick up due to the lot being dark. We drove to a parking structure that was well lit. We discovered scratches on the rear bumper. It looks as though it was backed in to or it backed into something. After reading reviews we know there is no point in pursuing the issues. Pay a few extra $$$ and get better service. read more

This place is terrible!! From the dingy, dimly lit front desk area to the poorly maintained transport vehicles to the tremendous wait time to be picked up at the airport, this place is a joke. We used them based on a recommendation and realized from the moment we walked in the front door, we made a mistake. We were told how great they were and if it was cold, your car would be running when you got back so it was nice and warm. Not true. The transport vehicle that dropped us off had check engine and low tire lights on all over the dash. The one that picked us up had the same, except this one had the added bonus of a cloth strap keeping the door from swinging fully open when you opened the door. To make matters worse, they damaged my vehicle and Cole refused to return my calls to address it. NOT a first class org to be sure. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

I have been using Pride for years due to their good prices. It is not the cleanest or most professional looking car ride service, but the price was right. On 9/18/2021 when we dropped off our car the normal van was broke down so we were given a ride to the airport in someone's car that did not have air conditioning. Not a big deal but I would recommend them replacing the old van as it has seen better days. On 9/24/2021 I called to be picked up from O'Hare and the person on the phone was the most rude person ever and not helpful. I told him I was about a minute away from the shuttle pick up point and he told me to call him back when I got to the shuttle pick up point. I told him last time I had to wait over 30 minutes so I wanted to call a bit early. He said we may be waiting anyways due to traffic. There was more exchanges between us, but to say the least he was very rude to put it nicely. We ended up waiting 35 minutes and there was not heavy traffic on our way back to the lot. I can put up with older equipment and facilities but when the employees dealing with the public are unfriendly and rude that is where I draw the line. I will not be utilizing this ride service any longer, I will pay the extra money for the better vans, facilities and most importantly better customer service that appreciates your business and treats a customer with respect. read more

The great thing about Yelp is that you can review businesses, not just restaurants. People probably never knew how bad this place was b/c there was no where to read about it. They nickel and dime you here and they're completely rude. We did get the $7.50 rate, but were charged an extra day for a rule that was never explained to us nor on their website. They have an energy charge. What the heck is that? Never even heard of that. When we tried to argue about it, the owner SCREAMS at us, "Why don't you just pay so you can get your car? I used this service recently and was not very pleased. Booking online was easy enough. I dropped off my car and took a picture of the dash to record miles. I paid the additional fee to have the car dropped off to me upon my return to the airport. I called when I landed - as instructed, provided my name and was then asked what kind of car and if they were supposed to bring my car to me. Really? Once I gave my name shouldn't they know what kind of car and what service I paid for - in advance? The guy who answered the phone just seemed irritated to which I would ask: Why bother answering the phone if you're in a crap *ss mood? I called again when I was exiting Customs - same guy answered and now he couldn't hear me. I called again once outside and was now scolded for not calling when exiting Customs. Wow. I finally get my car and notice there are 11 additional miles added! They are only 4 miles from the airport!
