Very poor service. my wife went there for her allergies, they called her to go over results, when…read moreshe is working. she called back after every message and was told the person she needed to talk to was either gone or in a room with a patients and to call back, no messages taken. They then send a generic letter with no phone number from the provider accusing her of not calling back 3 times when I was with her to translate if necessary. We received her results in the mail and we will take them somewhere else where they can actually communicate and at least give the impression they are their for their patient and we are not there for the clinic.

The owners are the doctors, so I am not quite sure where the other review person went, but they are a husband and wife team so whichever one I see I have gotten excellent service. The appointments are about an hour long, plenty of time to go over all of my concerns. They take most insurance also!

In a annoyed way she said after 5 mins of a person being late we have to reschedule the appointment. After I asked if she could verify she said in annoyed fashion "I already did that, that just puts us all behind." I understand the policy it is mainly the lack of professional customer service on how it was communicated.
