I'm supposed to be there 15 minutes early so I think I'm leaving Corvallis in plenty of time. I get within a mile of their office and a train takes 15 minutes to switch cars 3 times. I get there in time for my appointment but not 15 minutes early. They refuse to see me because they don't have time to collect my insurance information. Next appointment, April. I've requested another referral and will never go back to Brune. I would give them zero stars if I could. Worst health care experience ever.

In a annoyed way she said after 5 mins of a person being late we have to reschedule the appointment. After I asked if she could verify she said in annoyed fashion "I already did that, that just puts us all behind."
