I'm supposed to be there 15 minutes early so I think I'm leaving Corvallis in plenty of time. I get within a mile of their office and a train takes 15 minutes to switch cars 3 times. I get there in time for my appointment but not 15 minutes early. They refuse to see me because they don't have time to collect my insurance information. Next appointment, April. I've requested another referral and will never go back to Brune. I would give them zero stars if I could. Worst health care experience ever.

Very poor service. my wife went there for her allergies, they called her to go over results, when…read moreshe is working. she called back after every message and was told the person she needed to talk to was either gone or in a room with a patients and to call back, no messages taken. They then send a generic letter with no phone number from the provider accusing her of not calling back 3 times when I was with her to translate if necessary. We received her results in the mail and we will take them somewhere else where they can actually communicate and at least give the impression they are their for their patient and we are not there for the clinic.

In a annoyed way she said after 5 mins of a person being late we have to reschedule the appointment. After I asked if she could verify she said in annoyed fashion "I already did that, that just puts us all behind." I understand the policy it is mainly the lack of professional customer service on how it was communicated.
