Unbeknownst to me, this agency somehow obtained my policy from Baehler Insurance without my knowledge or approval. I tried to call on multiple occasions to speak to my new broker after finding out that my premiums had doubled, but he/she never returned my calls. I called over 10 times and left messages with no return calls. I called the Underwriter (ASI/Progressive), who informed me that only the agent who wrote the policy could cancel. I switched agents and continued to call to get my pro-rated premiums returned. Guess what? No calls back. No refund. I understand one call slipping through the cracks, but ten? That was intentional. To say this agency is bad is an understatement, god forbid something actually happen and I needed their assistance. I wouldn't walk away from this agency, I would run. As fast as you possibly can.

I have to say I was so surprised to receive a phone call from a representative Barb that I spoke to a couple of days ago. I have to have some test done on my heart, and the approval was originally denied. I spoke to a couple other representatives but Barb took the time to call me back today and let me know that the approval went through. This has Blown my mind. I used to wait hours, days and months to get phone calls back or speak to a representative from previous insurance companies in California. I sometimes went without medication and would have to wait to have test and procedures done for months at a time. It will come to the point where my nephrologist would call with me to get something done or help me get what I needed.
