Mike did our taxes for years and I thought he was a nice guy. On the day we were supposed to finalize and send everything in (after agreeing to his new 20% rate increase), he emailed me to tell me that he thinks I may have been dishonest about when our appointment was today (He thought it was in the a.m., I thought it was in the p.m.), and that he is no longer going to do our taxes.
