This man likes to play games he said he would do a job then backed out after he told me to fill up…read moremy pool with gallons of water knowing it was an above ground pool because I told him I had to get it flipped back over because mother nature flipped it over then told me he doesn't do above ground pools which he should have said before he knowing fully well it was one with the pool being flipped over needing to be flipped back he is not a man of his word or operates in a professional manner to have business run smoothly and efficiently which is why probably nobody wants to show up to help him and it's just him on his own now with no assistance it's not that nobody wants to not show up to work it's that people don't want to work with individuals like this

NOTHING ELSE" no one time cleaning, I questioned it.... Offered his services, price changed a couple of times. I had a very tight timeline and asked " if I pay you this amount of money, it will be done by X day? He ensured me it would be done, as others I followed his instructions, let pump run, turn pump off. At one point it sat without circulation in 90* weather of course algae built up, however that was my fault, and I noticed he kept saying poor filtration.... NOT... have receipts when sand was changed last. I informed him several times that he agreed to my timeline....surely it must have frustrated him, lack of employees etc. Yes, the pool was mostly clear, however still had debris on the pool floor after they left. I did let him know great job clearing the water, however he is stretched to thin to effectively give a good service for the amount he charges and the misleading of consultation and one time cleaning. Asked for monthly amount for cleaning and this company has ghosted us. So quick $$ for a service that was mediocre, veteran owned, well treat your fellow veterans better!

They will tell you how your pool is and how they can fix it and turn it back to its glorious form for you. OF COURSE, you need to pay up front but I 100% trust them to do the job right.
