I had a great experience here! Now, grant it, I just came for an oil change, but it was a swift and pleasant oil change. The waiting room environment was pleasant, clean, and smelled like Christmas cookies The customer service was wonderful! I will never go to another mechanic again. These people are the sweetest, super reliable, and super quick! I needed all new breaks, rotors, a tie rod and possibly a new muffler. They decided that I didn't need to replace the whole muffler, only a connector piece, and it saved me about 400$. They recommended that I do my inspection as well, and BAM, my car was all fixed up WITH the inspection all for way less than what I would have paid anywhere else. They also put my insurance and registration papers in a cute little plastic sleeve. So cute! Love them. Never going anywhere else. read more

My car was having trouble with white smoke from the exhaust. I went to pep boys and they didn't really feel comfortable with it. I looked up this place since it was pretty near through AAA. So very pleased with the service I got here. Having clutch/transmission work done is difficult. Not a lot of shops do this work, and those that do aren't always honest. Alper replaced my clutch quickly and expertly, and charged a very competitive price. I'll definitely be going back. I was waiting for my car to be fixed and this was my 1st time here. I got a good deal through Groupon. Why waiting I overheard a conversation between Stephen and a customer about what it would involve to repair his car. It was Clear to me that Stephen was Not just trying to make a buck off his customer! Stephen's action will Not only bring me back for future car repairs and inspections, I will also spread the word about this business too. The waiting area was very clean and smelled good too, lol. They have a nice flat screen tv to watch And free wifi too. I came with my tablet and a mindset of getting some work done. But they were So quick! Mom's car needed an alternator replacement. Mr. Alper put in a recondition alternator and charged $230 for it, plus $130 labor. Average price for a recondition alternator is only $80. They seem honest about what your car needs, but they tack on a 250-300% upcharge for the parts - Yikes! I'll do it myself next time. read more

Fast, courteous, honest, and excellent repair service. Had a coolant problem and was sure it would cost me at least $125-140 to fix, Not only did Alper explain the problem to me but repaired it for $17.00 dollars.
