He fabricated the gutters on the spot using a machine and materials in his van and then secured the filters. Then, when the gutters were on, he fabricated the downspouts. It is a HUGE step up from the Home Depot DIY job that the previous owner of the house had done. Now, with the filters on it, I no longer have to worry about tree garbage clogging up my gutters every storm and my deck flooding. Well-worth the cost. HIGHLY recommend this guy. I was initially going to have a meeting with the "official" Leaf Filter people until I did some research into the company about how the "estimate" cost is on the whim of the sales person and it's not so much an estimate as a high-pressure performative sales tactic where they start out double, triple, or five times the price they let you talk them down to after "calling their manager".
