They showed me the proof of this mix-up. They apologized for the inconvenience of my trip and offered to provide a more expensive cover at the same price as the less expensive cover I had originally wanted. Additionally, they said that if I didn't want the upgraded cover, they could install a cover that was currently in stock so I'd have one on my truck for my planned vacation. They said that once the original cover I wanted is delivered, they will come to my hometown in Brusly to replace the covers at no extra charge. They did whatever it took to make it right.
