After destroying my original key, and an hour and a half later, I'm stuck using tape to hold my chip over ignition switch, and using pliers to turn the key & start my car. If she couldn't do it without knowing it would work, or they'd stand behind it if it didn't, she should have stated that up front, and not damaged the original. I would have went elsewhere. Management/owner is stuck on offering no resolution since the new keys weren't purchased through their store.
