If you would like a real down to earth family experience, this is where you would want to go for…read moreanything car related. I don't mean the kind of family that takes you for every penny you have, we all have those. I mean the kind of family that treats you like they've known you all your life and is truly happy to see you even though you've never met before. That's the kind of treatment you will get at TBM Tire service In Belen New Mexico. There are no finer people than Krista and Michael to help you with whatever you need. After installing a bumper on my husband's 1996 Chevy Silverado they noticed that the shocks were bad, along with the tie rods. He was looking for something to make his truck look better and instead they found something that made it safer for him to return to Arkansas from New Mexico. They even called him the next day on his way home to check on him and see how things were going. You don't find mechanics like them these days. Everything they did for him was above and beyond what was even expected. If you're anywhere in that area and you need good down to earth Christian People to work on your vehicle, let them know that Tony Harp from Arkansas sent you!!!!!!

I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Three Blind Mice Enterprise…read more My mother's vehicle was taken in for what should have been a simple oil change and tire service. She is a senior citizen living on a limited income and works incredibly hard just to make ends meet. She cannot simply go out and replace a vehicle when something goes wrong. After the service, her transmission failed, leaving her without reliable transportation. Based on what we were told, transmission fluid was removed during the service instead of a proper oil change being performed. What should have been routine maintenance turned into a devastating and costly situation for my mother. What has made this even more upsetting is the complete lack of accountability. We have repeatedly attempted to contact the company to discuss what happened and find a resolution, but our concerns have not been addressed. The lack of communication and willingness to help has been incredibly disappointing. Watching my mother struggle through this has been heartbreaking. A simple service appointment has left her facing expenses she cannot afford and without the transportation she depends on. Based on our experience, I would urge anyone considering this business to proceed with extreme caution and do thorough research before trusting them with their vehicle.

    T & T Trailer Sales

This post is for my father, Matthew Padilla and his experience with T&T Trailer Sales. His…read moreunsatisfactory experience began when he purchased his flatbed and bumper for about $5000 from T&T. The bumper he was promised was sold and he had to wait two weeks for a replacement to come in. But he wanted to support a local business so he waited. So the items were installed and everything seemed to be fine until he hit and killed a cow on Hwy 60 on his way to his ranch about three weeks ago. When the body shop took a look at the bumper, it was revealed that it was not properly installed. The frame had been drilled out to fit the bolts when a brace should have been constructed so that the bumper would not just hang on four bored out holes in the frame extension. As a result, when he hit the cow, it ripped the holes that had been drilled out, damaging the frame extension. My father went to T&T to talk to Todd about the improper installation and was treated badly not just by Todd, but by another customer there who had no business in the conversation. Todd stated he would not "pay anything" but agreed to at least go to the body shop and look at the truck and how the install was not done correctly. He did not. The truck was repaired and the bumper was correctly installed. I have attached photos of the bored out holes that ripped and the proper installation done by the body shop. Our warning to anyone who has had a bumper installed is to have it checked that the holes were not just bored out to fit the bolts, but that a frame was constructed and it is attached to the actual frame or if you hit something, the impact could damage the frame. Too bad too, my father was considering buying one of the Diamond T dually gooseneck trailers from T&T, but after the way he was treated, not anymore. We highly DO NOT RECOMMEND T&T Trailer Sales for bumpers, flatbeds or trailers.
