We took our camper van in to be repaired; it has a vacuum leak. They were instructed to check the whole system, drive it at highway speed and use their smoke machine to find the vacuum leak(s). They had the van for 3 weeks, did NONE of the requested checks, told us they didn't find anything wrong with it. We called them at least once a week, with the same instructions, got the same answer. We finally picked it up, their mechanic admitted he did none of the checks we requested. Won't be taking any vehicle to them for service or repairs. read more

My trucks AC quit working over the weekend, I called on Monday and let them know I had a camping trip planned on Thursday and they told me to bring it in Tuesday and they would see what they could do. Dropped the truck off and a couple hours later they called with a quote and what they thought the problem was. I told them to go for it, a couple hours later the truck was ready to go. My AC is working great and I am no longer dreading my 4 1/2-hour drive tomorrow, they did what they said they were going to do and didn't try to upsell me on unecessary work.
