I get that not a lot of people have cars and homes in different parts of the country, but I do and that was explained to the person who answered the phone and was also outlined in my original review. Not only that; but I would 100% not go 1,800 miles out of my way to hit up a facility that has a less than 3 star Yelp rating - it's almost comical to think about! 3) my issue with the girl answering the phone wasn't even acknowledged in his response.
