After searching the internet, and many phone calls, a great friend in Texas found a great man in Los Lunas. A phone call, sent pictures, and we were headed to his house. He worked on. The spindle, added new bearings and repacked the others, while working on it in the street. Very friendly , knowledgeable and fast. Robert with ACE Trailer Repair had us back on the road in less than an hour and half. Very reasonable price and great service. She is a senior citizen living on a limited income and works incredibly hard just to make ends meet. She cannot simply go out and replace a vehicle when something goes wrong. After the service, her transmission failed, leaving her without reliable transportation. Based on what we were told, transmission fluid was removed during the service instead of a proper oil change being performed. What should have been routine maintenance turned into a devastating and costly situation for my mother. What has made this even more upsetting is the complete lack of accountability. We have repeatedly attempted to contact the company to discuss what happened and find a resolution, but our concerns have not been addressed. The lack of communication and willingness to help has been incredibly disappointing. Watching my mother struggle through this has been heartbreaking. A simple service appointment has left her facing expenses she cannot afford and without the transportation she depends on. Based on our experience, I would urge anyone considering this business to proceed with extreme caution and do thorough research before trusting them with their vehicle.
